I have had bad, uncommunicative, in fact no response or acknowledgment despite numerous messages. I’ve sent goods back to their return address, nothing back from them.The ad claimed cashmere, and like another felt cheated when it arrived, some rayon mix.Misadvertising, immoral and unethical. Don’t buy from this company
I wish I had found these reviews before purchasing. Item took 31 days to arrive from china. I did initially get a response when I asked why it was taking so long but no response since I received it asking for a refund. I also looked up the address in the Netherlands and it is just a house. The photos showing a store front is no doubt fake (in my opinion).
WARNING, DO NOT BUY FROM ANCIEN. I ordered 2 cashmere jumpers, they actually did arrive 31 days later directly from China. Had Chinese labels inside, no care instruction label and definitely not cashmere. Also wrong colours. No response from company, phone lines inop. State they are a UK company they are not. Total Scam

DO NOY BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered a cashmere jumper, it’s arrived and label says cotton and spandex! Can’t be bothered to return to China ( says it’s a London company!) but v v tempted to return it to the Dutch trading address with one of my dogs finest! For that is what it is
