To not buy from this site . Says clothes are made in UK, and you get Royal Mail Shipping - that isn't true. I'm currently waiting for the parcel to arrive from China!

Do NOT BUY FROM ANCIEN

Do NOT BUY FROM ANCIENBought a camel coat, took ages to arrive and when it finally did arrive it was awful quality. Then the fiasco began, would not take it back, offered me to keep coat and a 30% refund, i refused, then offered me 50% refund which i accepted, 2 months on still no refund, no answer to emails. I GIVE UP

Can honestly say I adore their clothes

Can honestly say I adore their clothes. They are true to size and I found their customer service to be really helpful when I had a query. I've purchased from them more than once and will continue to do so in the future

I give this company 1 star, the customer service is really bad, most of the clothing doesn't contain a description of the fabric that it's made from. Orders are taken and paid for long before the garments are even made.
