I ordered a men’s zip up men’s cardigan which was described as being made from wool. The website also said that it is a British business. The item arrived today, from China and is 100% polyester. I placed the order in November and had contacted the company for a delivery update earlier this week but received no reply, now I know why.
I am still awaiting delivery of a lounge suit which is a Xmas present for a friend. Customer service is terrible still getting generic replies to my concerns. I was under the impression it was based in the U.K. but it’s made in “China”! I would have purchased it cheaper in a department store here. Do not order from this company.

OMG I’ve just seen the reviews below and i’m experiencing the same problems. I’ve sent 6 emails and they respond with the same crap offering me 15%off to keep the jumper that looks nothing like what I ordered. It’s cheap rubbish and unwearable polyester when it’s advertised as cashmere blends. The design is different too- They are Scamming people as said in the reviews below and these are real reviews just like mine. This company should be taken off the web site as people are being robbed by these scammers. I have wasted enough tine writing to them and will seek further action now to try and get my refund back, WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY!! You will not get what you paid for!!
