I wish I had read the reviews before ordering--this is a total scam. I ordered a "cashmere" jumper. I should have known something was wrong when I didn't receive any kind of order confirmation. When I emailed to find out why not, they assured me that my order was being processed. The jumper arrived more than 2 weeks later--with no documentation of any kind inside the package--and it was definitely NOT cashmere. I have emailed to get organise a return--no response--and the phone number on the website doesn't work.

Jumpers arrived more like sweatshirts & not cashmere as described. Trying to get a response from company! I read that the return policy was 14 days after product arrived, is this legal?Wish these companies would get closed

These people are dishonest crooks . I ordered a cashmere jumper at £39 and following countless messages,had to wait weeks before it was delivered ,When it arrived today the quality was rubbish and the material display ticket described it as 100 percent cotton from China . Why do the public have to put up with these blatant scammers?
