OMG I’ve just seen the reviews below and i’m experiencing the same problems. I’ve sent 6 emails and they respond with the same crap offering me 15%off to keep the jumper that looks nothing like what I ordered. It’s cheap rubbish and unwearable polyester when it’s advertised as cashmere blends. The design is different too- They are Scamming people as said in the reviews below and these are real reviews just like mine. This company should be taken off the web site as people are being robbed by these scammers. I have wasted enough tine writing to them and will seek further action now to try and get my refund back, WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY!! You will not get what you paid for!!
THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE BANNED FROM SELLING ANYTHING. They display a contact number and email address and DO NOT respond. I ordered something by mistake beginning of December and emailed them straight away to cancel the order, 3 weeks down the line and still no response absolutely useless clothing company. STAY AWAY 💯

Worst experience ever, completely rip off….Paid for cashmere and got cheap stuff after 3 weeks and a lot of chasing! Wanted a refund and return what I’ve received with the options of accept a small percentage of what I’ve paid or return it to an address in China paid by myself to then make proof of return in order to have the refund!… website phone number doesn’t even exist… so completely rubbish and dishonest and that’s how they make money!!!! Contact my bank about this and there’s nothing they can do!!! So my advice is don’t buy anything from this company and it’s a shame that nothing can be done to stop this kind of dishonest people making easy money….
