Complete scam company

It's a complete scam company. Product is nothing as advertised as the one on their website. Very very cheap stuff from China. They are not offering full refund. I'll make all my complaints about them. Don't buy anything from Ancien. Be careful!

Another Chinese scam

Another Chinese scam. Ordered ‘cashmere’ jumpers at beginning of December, didn’t arrive until Xmas Eve. They’re not cashmere either. Only when I tracked order, did I realise the jumpers were actually coming from China. Tried to contact company numerous times before I received them with no response. Called number on website, line is dead. There is a postal address in the Netherlands on their website but worried about returning the jumpers in case that’s not a real address. DO NOT ORDER FROM ANCIEN CLOTHING!

Another Chinese scam

You receive very cheap imitations to what you ordered DO NOT USE ANCIEN CLOTHING.

Ordered an item from Ancien Clothing, received a very cheap imitation, very cheap polyester fabric not wool as ordered and a slightly different pattern, the sleeves are 4 inches from my wrist. Ancien are obviously advertising and showing quality clothing but delivering cheap imitations, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. I should have checked with Trustpilot.com before paying for item, will do so from now on, will try and get a full refund from Ancien but I doubt it.
