I think there’s a problem…not with ancient earth clothing but with reviews and the name…there must be confusionThe ancient earth clothing company I know and use is a wonderful site, designed for women, it only sells women’s clothing sustainably sourced and designed.There is constant regular communication from admin regarding postage, tracking etcTheir refund policy and service is prompt.. although most ancient earth clothing ladies tend to swap with each other rather than go for a refund.. it’s a community spirited customer base. Negative feedback shown doesn’t relate at all to the company I know and buy from!Their clothing is wonderful, affordable, ethical sustainable with a customer service they can be proud of and as a customer you can be assured of.
Ancient Earth is a wonderful company that sells women's fashion. There are reviews on here for clothing that Ancient Earth definitely do not sell. There is something not right. Trustpilot, please fix this mix up! These reviews are definite not for Ancient Earth..
Ancient Earth Clothing sells quality sustainably produced goods. There are reviews here which are NOT related to them, the products they are talking about are not even sold by Ancient Earth so there is some sort issue with how this other company is linked to them. I have bought multiple pieces from Ancient Earth, and have always received excellent customer service.I hope Trust Pilot can resolve this issue!
I have been buying from Ancient earth clothing for about 5 years now and their clothing is beautiful high quality and the customer service goes above and beyond the choice of clothing and different collections make the clothing something special! It has made my life so much better as the clothing gives me confidence. Other reviews have been written on here about another company called "Ancient Earth" which has nothing to do with this company at all fake reviews have been written and shouldn't be allowed on here as they are unfair on the owner Alex who is lovely if you haven't tried the clothing YOU SHOULD!!!!!
The 1 star reviews here are intended for another company, trustpilot has linked the incorrect business and refuse to be held accountable.Where is the TRUST???Actual Ancient Earth is a high quality, small business with excellent, bespoke fashion and wonderful, accessible customer service.These poor reviews are about another company, as the products refered to arent sold by the real ancient earth!!
I have been buying clothes from Ancient Earth for around three years. Since I found Alex and her styles and designs my wardrobe is now 90% Ancient Earth clothing.The wrap dresses are so comfortable and beautifully designed. The Long skirts are amazing, the fit is perfect. The maidens and other tops are gorgeous and go so well with the skirts, the different drops all mix and match brilliantly. And both dresses and skirts make you feel amazing, so swishy.Ancient Earth really is an ethical, boho style, designed to fit an array of sizes and each and every drop does not disappoint. I'm always getting told what I'm wearing looks amazing and I have passed on the Ancient Earth details to so many women.I just can't praise Ancient Earth enough, it's more than a clothing brand, it's a whole community ☺️
I have shopped with Ancient Earth for several years now. They are a slow fashion company selling womens clothes and accessories. I have bought from both the UK and Australian website. Customer Service (ie Alex, who runs the company) has always been good. Their wrap dresses are a staple in my wardrobe and I love that the designs, both in fabric pattern and shape, are different from other retailers. Concerned and confused by some of the reviews, referring to items never sold by Ancient Earth (means shoes, cashmere jumpers etc). Can only assume there is a clothing company with a similar name.
Amazing company Amazing clothing, excellent quality. I've had nothing but compliments when im wearing clothing from this company.These poor reviews are CLEARLY for a totally different company, the true ancient earth company does NOT sell men's clothing for a start.And the customer service for the TRUE Ancient Earth company is excellent
Ancient Earth clothing is amazing, I absolutely love their stuff and order all the time with no issues. The reviews on here about wool, cashmere, shoes and stuff coming from China are talking about another company not Ancient Earth. They don't even sell wool, cashmere or shoes, they sell dresses, skirts and tops and none of it comes from China!Trust Pilot you need to do better!
