Do not buy from this company. I ordered a wool coat — disgraceful quality and finishing. Huge delay in delivery and no response when I requested return and refund . If I could get refund I would review my comments but to date they have not been interested. I wish I had read reviews before buying ! Total scam .

Crooks no other word for it, ordered a cashmere half zip sweater I don’t know how to describe what came “CRAP”i suppose is a good word to use.I sent a couple of emails had couple of replies the third one offered me a 15% discount on something worth £1.PS Had great service from my NATIONWIDE BUILDING SOCIETY credit card.

No stars for this company. They are full of lies and do not respond to emails after a certain time. On purchasing a “cashmere” jumper and receiving an 100% acrylic jumper, I requested a refund. They asked for images so they can deal with the situation better 🙄 but this was just lip service and they never have got back to me, after I have sent everything they have asked for… I am still awaiting on a returns address for a refund. It’s not looking good and I have currently lost £120Stay away from this fraudulent company They are a disgrace that do not deserve your money.
If I could give this company zero stars then I would. It’s a total scam. I don’t understand why they have been allowed to continue to trade. Ordered a jumper over two weeks ago .. not only has it not arrived there’s been no response to the two emails I’ve sent them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
