Ancient Earth clothing is amazing, I absolutely love their stuff and order all the time with no issues. The reviews on here about wool, cashmere, shoes and stuff coming from China are talking about another company not Ancient Earth. They don't even sell wool, cashmere or shoes, they sell dresses, skirts and tops and none of it comes from China!Trust Pilot you need to do better!
I have been buying clothes from Ancient Earth for around three years. Since I found Alex and her styles and designs my wardrobe is now 90% Ancient Earth clothing.The wrap dresses are so comfortable and beautifully designed. The Long skirts are amazing, the fit is perfect. The maidens and other tops are gorgeous and go so well with the skirts, the different drops all mix and match brilliantly. And both dresses and skirts make you feel amazing, so swishy.Ancient Earth really is an ethical, boho style, designed to fit an array of sizes and each and every drop does not disappoint. I'm always getting told what I'm wearing looks amazing and I have passed on the Ancient Earth details to so many women.I just can't praise Ancient Earth enough, it's more than a clothing brand, it's a whole community ☺️
This company sells exclusively women's clothing that are unique, limited quantities and with lovely patterns that remind me of pagan themes. Reviews that have to do with shoes or men's clothing are fake and have nothing to do with the actual company ancient earth
Whoever the people who are behind this company, they appear to be operating out of a semi detached house in Berkshire. If you look at the stuff they offer…which includes ‘hand made’ shoes for £85 for example, it begins to look dodgy. Then the website you get sent to is in France :-)And lastly it appears, from what folk have said, that the clothes come from somewhere like China…so be aware!Check out Trustpilot or research before you buy.
Amazing Company!!Very shocked by the other reviews, some must be fake as they dont sell cashmere certainly, and their customer service is amazing. I mostly buy the dresses and skirts. I have ordered from both the UK and the australian site, and my orders are always delivered in a timely manner. I have ordered from ancient earth at least seven times with zero issues. U have only had to return one item due to not fitting and that was processed with no issues. 100% reccommend
This has been one of the most unnecessarily frustrating shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. After taking payment, the shop could not give a clear dispatch date, only copy-paste replies about being “busy.” When I opened a standard PayPal case to protect my money, my order was cancelled and I was told I’d been refunded… except part of that refund sat in “pending” limbo for days.I finally received the money back, but only after repeated follow-ups.Busy season is not the issue. The issue is basic customer service: clear timelines, accurate information, and taking responsibility instead of implying the customer is the problem. Not impressed, and won’t be ordering again.
These reviews must be for another company. The Ancient earth I know and order from regularly doesn’t sell this stuff in these reviews! Also the service is good and personal and responsive. Only thing I would say is I wish your order would be kept in your basket for 15 minutes to give you time to checkout before they sell out!Beautiful quality items and always feel good wearing them 🙂
Ancient earth is no scam and produce high quality products that are very affordable. Trust pilot on the other hand are a scam and should not be trusted. They support fake reviews so companies are forced to pay a subscription to have them removed.
Not sure about the other reviews as the company that I know to be Ancient Earth don’t sell cashmere jumpers! The website link here takes you to the company that I have bought from on many occasions and never had an issue with. The clothing is super, it is ethical, arrives quickly and is of good quality. For the items that I have returned the returns process has been easy to navigate and I have only returned goods which just weren’t right for me.
