Orderd 2 weeks ago....still nothing

Orderd on 29th November as a gift for someone. Delivery charge very high. Still not received anything. Avoid shopping on here. Wish I had read these reviews before placing order.

Delivery times are long but quality is good!

I initially left a poor review for this company as I placed an order and waited ten days - no emails, no progress report and nothing delivered. But, to be fair, I have amended this review as their website does say about delivery timescales (which are quite a long time) so simply don't order unless you are prepared to wait. I received my order within about two weeks and, although the wait time was long (just before Christmas) I have to say the quality of the clothing is excellent and the prices were pretty reasonable (sale items) - so overall am generally happy

Delivery + Customer Service is AWFUL.

Ordered 2 t shirts on November 27th, now december 6th no dispatch information and they are ignoring my emails, i’ve sent them 2 over the past 4 days and they haven’t answered ANY. Do not buy anything from these scammy knobs, their delivery is a joke - god knows if i’m ever gonna get my package. joke.

Really hope they do not repeat last…

Really hope they do not repeat last years joke and not refund me for Xmas ! They have not sent anything after 2 weeks and every email needs 48 hours and they just ask the same questions even though I already sent all details in original email they just stall to keep your money

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

How many children won’t receive gifts this Christmas!! Took my order for £135 on 06.12.22 and still haven’t received order. No correspondence from them and looking at their social media sites it’s not just me but 100’s of others! Do not buy from this company!!!!

If I could rate 0 I would.Order placed on 6/12/22 for main Xmas present . Still waiting. After 6 emails I have had one response which said it would be delivered before Christmas and they stated postal strikes etc as the issue .I spent 30mins trying to get through to head office and left a message , no response .I have DM'd on Instagram too .No response from any of the above.The company were quick to promote their community drop in London giving back to the local people so clearly there is no issue with the supply of products .Also promoting their sale yet can't provide paying customers with their goods .Absolute scam and Fraudulent company.

Never order from them

Ordered on 7.12.2022, today is 7.02.2023. Waiting for 2 Months my 600£ order. Incredible… No answer on phone, no answer on email and no answer on live chat.

NEVER AGAIN, BE AWARE!

Never again, be aware! On December 7, I bought a traksuit wich was a present for my son. The tracksuit, which was obviously fully paid, had to be delivered in 20 days. Today, February 12, it has not been sent yet and they no longer respond to the email. Instead they send you early access code to buy more staff! They only think about marketing and steal customers' money. This game will last short time

Do not order from Trapstar

Do not order from Trapstar. Utter jokers. They take your money immediately but do not fulfill their orders. I may eventually receive the goods that I paid for at the beginning of December, but not in time for Christmas (it’s now Christmas Eve).These were sale items, so should have definitely been in stock. Communication is automated junk, tracking numbers are given for the wrong courier (I only found that out from reading on here) DPD have not yet received my parcel for delivery.My sons love the brand, but as a business, Trapstar are failing miserably. Pay for more staff, don’t promise what you can’t deliver and stop taking advantage of your customers to bankroll your manufacturing costs. Shockingly bad.
