I would not even give it one star, I am still waiting for parcel I ordered 2 tracksuits, not arrived they where ordered 02/12/22! Had one email saying sorry about the delay if you want a refund please reply to the email I did and said I wanted my order but still not arrived

Awful company

Awful company, no way to do business. Flashy website that had a massive stock drop on Black Friday - then after they take your money they tell you the stock isn’t arriving until the end of January. Customer care is nonexistent and you have to wait days for a response. Avoid

I ordered from these guys on the 11th November still nothing no dispatch email ,I've sent numerous emails no one gets back to you with relevant information ,the tracksuit £180 is now in the sale ,this happened the last time I ordered too ,I was hoping that was just a bad experience, I will never order from these again 😡

Do not buy from this company as if at all costs

I ordered 3 weeks ago got a confirmation email they took the money then nothing. I have called them - you take get disconnected by an American answering machine I have sent emails voicemails nothing disgusting company and even worst customer service avoid avoid avoid at all costs never again will I buy from them and if Anyone every asks me I will tell primark at least you can talk to some one trapstar you should be ashamed of your selves

I ordered an item as a gift on the 1st…

I ordered an item as a gift on the 1st of December and have requested that the order be cancelled and a refund issued.This item will not be received in time. I have made attempts by phone and email to cancel my order but Trapstar are impossible to get hold of and are unresponsive. I wish I'd come to trust pilot before ordering something online from them. I can't believe this is the level of service being received by so many people...

Awful company

Awful company, I order my item on the 19th of November and still haven’t received it. These items are not cheap! I have emailed, called, done all I can but have not received one response. The worst customer service I have ever received, if you are paying a lot of money for an item you should be getting the best service alongside this.

Awful service orders take 3 months to deliver, never hear anything from them. Refunds take even longer. Had to contact my bank to get the money back. Messaged them on Instagram for them to read and ignore my message

No refunds given

Ordered a women’s jacket in December and the company delivered a men’s jacket. Tried to reach out to them to get an exchange but the website claims they were “moving office” and replies were delayed. Ended up returning as per the policy and two months on no refund has been received. Would not recommend or order from them again. This will be raised as a dispute with my bank now.
