Gone downhill and not fulfilling orders

Waiting over 3 months for an order, yes when ordered this was a future dated dispatch but not 3 months wait! Message about moving premises delaying orders but this was ages ago now and still order not dispatched. Company used to be ok and stick to dates of pre orders however last two orders have taken ages and lots of chasing, with this one still outstanding.It’s just not acceptable to take peoples money so far in advance and not send goods as expected when you purchase.I would avoid now going forwards, the teenagers love this brand but I’m fed up of being out of pocket with no goods arriving.

Same here like everyone else. I made an order weeks now noone is replying, the product not sent. nothing. Checking the confirmation mail bacck again everything is weird like a gmail address? no proper info/ I think we are fooled this is a hoax!

If I could give 0 stars I would!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolutely no customer service or reply to emails! I placed an order on the 26th November, they were quick to take my money but I still have absolutely no idea where my order is! Had the original acknowledgment of my order being placed and that’s it, nothing since! I raised a ticket with them and still heard nothing 4 days later! Absolutely fuming! Avoid this website!

Can anyone help me I ordered from trapstar 12 days ago and I can’t get through to anyone and this is meant to be a Christmas present and really need the money does anyone have any ideas on how to get the money back or how to contact trapstar.

Extremely Disappointed

f there's a "0" rating, I would give that. Please stay away from Trap Star. Ordered over 10 days ago - took payment straight away. I have been on hold for more than 1/2 an hour to hear finally that they're busy. Absolutely no communication, they do not answer phones, it takes more than any utility customer support (you never get to speak to any person be it actual person or not) - then, as a next option, you email them quoting your order number etc, then they email back asking for the exact same information you just gave them. This is a business failure with it's 100% lack of customer service and hence the lack of trust. If people received on time, great, many congratulations and be Proud that You're among the rarest and the luckiest lot. It's a shame and purely such a disappointment for my son who was eagerly waiting for more than 3 weeks for a delivery which was mentioned will not take more than 9 days with no updates about the status too. Extremely disappointed, I am looking for my money back whatsoever if not the coat I ordered for my son.

Customer service is honestly a joke!!!

I ordered a jacket and it didn’t fit properly so i got told to send it back to them and that way they would replace it for a size up and send me a email about it or refunding me the money if they didn’t have it in the size up. It has been 5 days that it’s been delivered to their TS RETURNS post box and i have had no email or anything. I have emailed them numerous times and have been calling them repeatedly but i always get sent to their voicemail since “all callers are busy”. I have been calling for the 5 days and left my contact details behind every single time but never got a reply or call back. It’s honestly been an awful experience.

Appalling customer service and delivery

Absolutely poor customer service and delivery. Disgusting, for a company of this “caliber” to charge £5 for delivery and take this long to deliver its poor. Also no emails have been answered and was held on the line for 20+ minutes only to be then told they are busy. SHAME ON YOU TRAPSTAR. Avoid!Avoid!Avoid!

This company is a joke ordered…

This company is a joke ordered something weeks ago for my sons birthday which is this Saturday. Haven’t even had an email to say it’s been dispatched. Customer service is non existent, can’t get through to live chat and no one answers the phone. Proper jokers. Stay clear if this company over priced and aload if crap tbh
