Absolutely appalling service from Trapstar! We spent £435.47 on a tracksuit for our son which was intended to be a Christmas present. We ordered it on the 9th December and have now been told on the 22 December that it will not be received before Christmas? Bearing in mind how much has been spent if this does not arrive, my son will not have anything to open on Christmas day. Its absolutely shocking that a company dropping new stock in December knowing that all the kids will be wanting it, cannot get their act together and get the deliveries in order. They clearly cannot cope with the influx of orders and are letting people down and ruining every bodies Christmas. I have tried to call numerous times and nobody answers the phone. I have also tried to email with no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Looks like I am not alone in waiting for items (and some form of acknowledgement). They were pre-order items which stated would be dispatched on 16th December. They were Christmas presents which I had to quickly replace on Christmas eve when it became clear that they weren't coming. £350 out of my bank, but nothing to show for it. I have emailed and tried to instant chat - nothing... I am going to start a Paypal dispute, see if that does anything....
🤗have faith people!! Ordered tracksuit 9th dec (sons Xmas present!) it’s arrived today!! Have ordered a few things in the past and sometimes can take 4-5 weeks! But this was getting ridiculous especially as they said it wld get to me b4 Xmas! Anyway wld say wont order again from them but my son loves label(and was happy to wait!) so probably will but not over Xmas period!! Always nice stuff and good quality!
Ordered tracksuit on 9th dec. paid 180 for it for my young lads Xmas present still not received it. Customer service non existent. Have emailed and called them,left messages with number to call me back. Had to give them one star to write this review because wouldn’t even give them that. Worst company I’ve ever come across in my life. No communication from them at all. Would never ever deal with this company again. Poor lad had nothing else for Xmas and is still waiting. Where do you get off treating people like this for your overpriced tracksuit. I’m fuming and emailing them every day but still no communication. Please take my warning and never order from this awful company because they are absolutely useless and unprofessional in every way. Do not order from them.
