Review Time
After weeks of my teenager son harassing me to purchase him some overpriced Trapster items I finally gave in and decided to get him some stuff in the sale which we received yesterday. Firstly it has taken over 2 weeks to be delivered by courier so it's not affected by the postal strike and the package arrived with no tags or purchase package. For the price you pay their goods are delivered poorly as though it was shipped from China or the items was donated by charity. It's unbelievable how they overcharge products in a poor packaging.
I can't understand what's wrong with these bad reviews, but I'm very satisfied with this company, I live in Romania and my order arrived in less than a week, very good quality, I'm very satisfied. I don't know if I can post pictures that I would have
I’ve ordered three times now. First delivery was within 48 hrs, second took 10 days to post but still within their delivery/dispatch times and recently the third one took 6 working days to arrive. All good quality and packaged well. Despite other bad reviews I’ve never had an issue.
They take forever to deliver, when my parcels finally arrived they are AWFUL quality. Top is almost see through, primark are better quality! Same with the hoodie, rubbish material. Never used to be like this. Run very small as well. Again never used to have this issue. Charge how much for delivery and it takes forever and to return you don’t even refund shipping costs or pay for returns. No responses to reviews definitely do not care about customers.
Still waiting for Christmas gifts for my sons. I ordered on 12/5. I Get occasional updates to say order will be posted soon, still nothing arrives.first they blamed supply chain and now just got an email to say they are moving to a bigger facility to help with orders. Haha. I can understand logistical issues and supply issues both. However- I know when I’m being scammed.other providers who failed to delivered offered my money back, and large discounts for future purchases- some such as Ugg preemptively refunded me when they didn’t get my order by Christmas. Do not engage with this brand. I will ask credit card to step in to sort this matter.
I left a review here a month ago about my teenage son’s Christmas present ordered 5th Dec. Same experience as so many others. Still waiting on delivery for over £200 worth of items. No communication other than generic responses, they are breaking law with consumer rights act 2015, and not delivering within reasonable time and not communicating. Have written emails based on templates from CAB website wording this. As expected no replies or updates of when items will be dispatched. My son has finally stopped defending them so contacting bank to start proceedings under section 75 or chargeback. Absolutely shocking service. Have to say not believing the 5 star reviews on here about orders. Quality is good I don’t dispute that but anything else positive written is questionable and also frustrating they have received their orders seemingly quicker than those of us who are still waiting from Nov / Dec last year. Obviously orders not being prioritised.
Ordered in plenty of time for Christmas. No prior warning or notification that orders will not arrive in time for Xmas or that they are a preorder/ or unavailable upon ordering. No tracking or dispatch provided - you pay and your order just stays as ‘unfulfilled’ Zero customer service by any means or method listed on website. Whole experience was a shambles & the current method of warehousing is clearly not fit for purpose/ a working model. It’s a shame you have to give them 1⭐️ because they don’t even warrant that.
