Please avoid buying online from TRAPSTAR

By far the worst company i have ever dealt with. Ordered a coat and tracksuit for my son on the 14th October, received the coat a week later no problem no complaints about that.The tracksuit was a pre order so thought maybe it would take another week or so but it never turned up. As others have stated i tried the customer service line a few times, no one ever answers just goes to an answer phone. So i sent them an email, in all fairness they did reply telling me it had a dispatch date of the 24th November, so waited for the 24th. No email to say it had been dispatched, left it a few more days still nothing. Emailed them again to say we hadn't received the tracksuit or even had email to say it had been dispatched. They replied saying that it was still within the 9-12 working day period and to keep an eye out for an email for dispatch details.We are now into the 12th working day and the 41st working day since i ordered it and still nothing. As stated by others please avoid buing anything from them online, if i could give 0 stars i would.

Have some faith

Ordered two items separately for a grandson. As seperate orders I was correctly charged twice for delivery. Charges are quite steep so I asked them to send together. They couldn't but did refund one payment.Quite difficult to contact them about some issues.However, both items received within their 9 - 12 working days window. Quality seems okay.So overall, no real issues and satisfied

Trapstar are the worst company I have…

Trapstar are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered a coat nearly two weeks ago no mention at all that this was preorder. I have emailed over twenty five times live chat does not work you ring customer service just a voicemail I am literally disgusted with the poor service. I am going to report to the ombudsman as this is literally unacceptable please AVOID this company.

It's like mail ordering in the 80s

If you can then avoid these guys. I've only ordered from them twice, the first time last Christmas (actually mid Nov) which was a present for my son. I chased by sending emails (no reply), phoning (no one answered) and their instant chat (no one came online). Eventually, about a week before Christmas, I got an email to say the order had been cancelled. As angry as I was Black Friday this year came around and my son wanted a jacket. This was ordered and I seem to going through the same thing again. Cannot get any contact with anyone. I remember ordering from mail order in the 80s when you were told that you needed to allow 28 days for delivery. Trapstar are slower. If you can avoid using their shop at all costs.

Be careful by ordering by this company!

I don´t know what to write. It has been more than 3 month ago since my ordering. It was a christmas gift for a child and the customer service do nothing. They only write, that they are working on it. But 3 month??? I can warn everyone against this company... If you don't want a headache, don't order anything here.Order No.: TS980410

Beware, sharp and shocking practices!

Beware, their approach is to take the order then manufacturer after taking your money. My 15 year old son ordered a Black Friday tracksuit on Nov 25th. No confirmation email until 9th December. Laughingly the estimated despatch date is 27th Jan 2023. This is so so bad and they do not set this out in T&C’s. Mindful to report to trading standards but my son wants the item, they are so so so poor, avoid if you don’t agree with their approach to selling.

Ordered items on 11th December

Ordered items on 11th December. Received the confirmation then emailed to say running late. I emailed them twice with no response and was in the phone for 15 mins waiting with no response. Terrible company. Will be trying to claim my money back through the bank

Non existent customer service

Non existent customer service. My son placed an order, which remains unfulfilled around 2 weeks later. I have tried to make contact with them numerous times over the phone (no answer), leaving 2 unreturned voicemail messages. I have e-mailed 3 times now, with no response so far. I have also gone on live chat twice - no-one there. They currently have 185 pounds of my sons money - what he was attempting to buy was a Christmas present. That's that out of the window now. Looking like I'm going to have to do a chargeback, which will take weeks to get my money back, if the bank accept. Otherwise I will have to get the police involved - this is theft.Use this company at your peril.

Exactly the same as everyone else…

Exactly the same as everyone else nothing to say apart from they are thieves they have taken money off many of us and not responding to any emails or calls.
