I have made a massive school boy error by not checking out trustpilot first before ordering from this site! Have emailed many times tried calling and nothing!! Will now be taking the procedure having to call my bank! Worst company Iv come across in years, stay clear.The most annoying thing is this is Christmas gift for my son which I have read many reviews being gifts for children! Iv ordered other trapstar bits from another site and have had no problem at all! Extremely frustrated! SCAMMERS!!!!So this morning I finally received my order! Clearly I am over the moon as my son will have what he asked for for Christmas, but this does not take away the panic frustration and stress wondering if an order ordered weeks ago was going to come! Communication is key please look in to this and get customer services on point.

Disgusting customer service

Disgusting customer service, spent nearly £200 on various items for my son for christmas on 28th november, i have not heard a thing from them regarding dispatch, after numerous emails etc i have heard nothing, how this company can carry on is beyond me, will never order off these again, requested refund still nothing.

Customer service is the worst I’ve experienced

Company is awful, don’t reply to any messages and takes almost a month for it to be delivered and it’s still not even here, hasn’t even sent out the product. Never have I experienced such bad customer service, you literally get nothing back from them, will not be ordering from you again, haven’t even given me times it will be here, I orders 28th of November for Xmas presents and they’re still not here

STAY THE HELL AWAY!

As per previous reviews. TOTAL SCAM. 3 live chats and no reply emailed no reply and when you ring they have a technical issue with the phones. Not a company to do business with. I will be referring to my card issuer for a complete refund as there is no customer service what do ever.

I’m beyond disgusted!

I’m beyond disgusted!I ordered a tracksuit for my sons Christmas present 28th Nov and it still has not arrived despite being told I would get it the Friday before Christmas. Nothing arrived then told its out for dispatch DHL tracking not working. What a nightmare, this is robbery surely!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM TRAPSTAR

Ordered over £500 worth of clothes from Trapstar in November 2022, I am still yet to received my order. I have called over 20 times, I have sent countless emails even threatening legal action but have still been ignored and their online chat doesn’t work.

Clothes never delivered & no refund …

Ordered clothes at the end of Novemebr for Christmas present fro my son. Got repeat emails saying delivery delayed delivery due tomorrow - not delivered by early January and never refunded - no reply from customer services email, so now I’m chasing it through my credit card. £100 quid down and Christmas presents never received. Avoid avoid avoid!

Absolutely Shocking... AVOID AVOID AVOID

I would personally like to give this company 0 stars, but thats not an option.Customer Service is non existent. Emails are ignored, FB messages are ignored, and when you call the 'helpline' you are put on hold for 20 mins and then cut off.Clothes are very overpriced and delivery is £5.45, but delivery does not happen. 2 weeks and still waiting for item to even be dispatched.First and last time I will ever use this company. save yourself the money and stress... AVOID, AVOID AVOID!!
