Have seen a lot of bad comments on TP Have to say I’m very surprised as I have recently ordered from The Black Friday Sale and although all the items haven’t arrived yet I have been very impressed with the level of customer service I have received. Have been looked after so far by Brian who has been excellent !!! Polite, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. Will use the site again………
Trapstar is the deadest brand. Everyone should keep leaving their reviews to spread the word of how terrible they are. First of all their quality of clothing is NOWHERE NEAR good enough for them to be charging the prices they do as well as the disgusting service they provide. For reference I only purchased sale items because for the designs, it was alright price. I ordered it over a week ago had absolutely no updates. It’s virtually impossible to contact them, it’s actually shocking service. If I don’t receive it within the time frame of 9-12 days I’ll definitely be opening a dispute with my bank. I didn’t pay over £100 to receive my goods months later, I don’t even want the stuff anymore I just want my money back. Basically avoid them at all costs, you’ll waste all your money and perhaps not even receive your goods. On top of that you won’t even be able to contact them to check the status of your order👍🏽
Ordered a fitted cap for my son but his head had grown and the size I got did not fit, I emailed customer service, got a response in 2 or 3 days, a little slow but it was the black Friday weekend. spoke to Naomi, who helped me with my return, refund was issued a day after they recieved the item back! I've ordered twice and had no issues with TS hence leaving this review
I have been panic reading reviews here since the day I ordered my son the damn hoodie for christmas (29th nov). I ordered it without first reading the reviews of a company id never heard of and immediately regretted it once I had. I had little faith. Alot that has been said already is absolutely true, radio silence on delivery, a website that is unclear about pretty much everything but especially timescales, and evidence that the overall set up is not geared up to deal with the hype and demand. That said, I did always get a polite response to my emails chasing delivery within a day or so, and intermittent rare genaric updates when I hadnt. When I received a tracking note with a dhl link that didnt work I thought it was more delaying tatics, possible a scam, what it was I think though was company error as 2 days before Christmas I had a email from dpd (not dhl as trapstar stated) saying it was enroute, and by some miracle it did actually arrive, I know this counts me in the very lucky group, and the 3 star review would be different if it hadnt. The quality of top is fairly basic but not bad, it came in clean packaged condition, and my son is very happy with it, the fit is fine but you are buying a brand name not high quality fabric, im really not sure how it will wash up! The service has been poor, and I doubt id order again, if the company could invest in its customer service, and infrastructure then this company could have a big future, but it seems many many buyers are thoroughly fed up and taking their money elsewhere, I think as the target market it is is aimed at is teens who dont necessarily have the dollar themselves to spend, the parents of these wont be quick to purchase with trapstar again when they make experience so stressful.
Ordered a tracksuit on 29.11.22 and it has still not arrived. Sent email after email, no response other than an automated email response from trapstar. No tracking number provided and the telephone number on the website does not go through to anybody either. I have a friend who ordered from here and had her delivery the following day. Strange but my experience has been awful. Would not recommend buying from this company
