The quality on the items is not up to the standard of the prices they are charging, in the first 3 weeks the front pocket of my hoodie came off because the thread was loose and I paid £70 for it, delivery was fast but the quality needs improvement
Do not order from these people my son ordered £200 worth of stuff in the beginning of October and still nothing as came there is no customer service, no body ever picks up the phone or reply to the emails it's nothing but a big con.....
I purchased 2 T-shirts in October for a 14 year old. These came in what I can only say is an XXL with an extremely small neck size. I ordered a small! I tried to return and could not get a response from Trapstar to enable an exchange or refund. Absolutely disgusting service and products. Rip off
At first I was a bit worried since I didn’t receive any status update after order confirmation. I called Trapstar customer service and they were very helpful. They said it would take 15-20 days since it was interational delivery to Finland. But, i received delivery information at the same day, and order came 3 days after that! I ordered jacket 21st of September and it arrived to Finland 29th of September.Jacket is also very good quality. Thank you!
