Spoke to a girl think her name is novella but she helped me extremely quick with my issue. Problem got resolved without any issues as well. She was really polite and friendly which was a nice experience.

5 stars experience.I was surprised for the bad reviews because everything worked perfectly for me. Shipping costed 15£ yeah, but it arrived in couple days and I live outside UK. The hoodie quality seems great and the price was fair. In total 70£ for hoodie (shipping and taxes included) is a really good price for the service and quality I got. 5/5 experience would recommend

I would give zero stars too if…

I would give zero stars too if Trustpilot allowed!Ordered shorts/tshirt set and Trapstar took my money immediately.Waited approx. 2 months for delivery, with no updates from Trapstar, so eventually emailed asking for a refund. I sent 3 emails over a 3 week period asking for my refund - NO RESPONSE from Trapstar at all!!Then suddenly my item arrived. I returned it and have been refunded for cost of item but I am out of pocket £5.45 for original postage PLUS £8.95 for return postage. I put a hand-written note in return parcel asking for refund on postage charges which Trapstar ignored. I have since emailed for a 4th time, again Trapstar have ignored this. Feels like they ignore emails deliberately if it benefits them to do so. Their choice to ignore 4 emails and a letter should not leave me £14.40 out of pocket. Considering small claims court action to make a point.When you are no longer 'a trend' your customers will desert you Trapstar due to the appalling way you have treated them - if your brand folds you will only have yoursrlves to blame!

The worst customer service

The worst customer service. I have been waiting for 3 months for a refund, there is no response to the many emails I have sent, there is no answer on the phone.

Absolutely fantastic customer service Aziza went above and beyond to help me out and find me a suitable replacement she’s is amazing so very very helpful and even arranged for next day delivery will certainly order from them again

Don’t even bother to order …

Don’t even bother to order they keep you waiting weeks and weeks ignore when you email asking where you item is say they will be back to you in 48 hours and never do keep asking for the order number even though they have provided with it multiple times. Then after many weeks I ask again where my item is and say either send or refund so they refund without so much as an apology although I am however yet to receive the refund - avoid avoid avoid over priced tat with rubbish customer services and despatch is awful you may receive if you are lucky
