Ordered a tracksuit that I no longer wanted and tried over and over with multiple emails and calls which weren’t answered even in business hours and the live chat also doesn’t connect you to anyone and have taken my £180 without giving a refund or being able to cancel the order, even though it was a pre order. Also call voicemail says it goes to ‘Jason’ no idea who that is but do not buy from this awful company.
3 weeks still no order or dispatch email passed the 12 working day they allocate for delivery. They have responded and said they will “do their best” to ship out asap.Avoided answering my questions I feel like they are holding me off. Customer service is disgusting for the amount you spend. Should be much better.At the moment £500 down
Still not received my Sons order who’s so upset about it as we keep getting emails saying order will arrive in next few days due to warehouse move etc so we give them again benefit off the doubt and still not order has arrived ! I can’t believe such a massive name in the business is ripping off customers the way they are doing its shocking How many upset kids around the country who have had There Christmas presents Robbed by trap-star you should be ashamed the way your Abusing children Mentally it’s disgusting I hope you get your karma and Allah pays you back for your Sins 🙏🏾🙏🏾
Ruuude customer service and very very very poor , don’t buy from them it no worth it and it a scam , I bought a jacket from the on 1st of November they said expect it around 23rd November it been almost two months now still nothing and they don’t refund you
Avoid at all costs!!!! Happily take your money and 3.5 weeks later items still have not been dispatched , even though they were in stock when I purchased. Tried phoning but funny you can't speak to anyone. I've sent 3 X emails that are not being answered I am fuming!!! I needed these items for tommorow!!! Will be taking this further....Worst company to date and will NEVER I repeat NEVER order from then again....I'm now fighting to get a refund!!!
I had ordered from trap star two weeks ago still have had no confirmation emails they are sitting there with 265 pounds of my money and they are not bothered to do anything about this, the company should not be a est company they don’t answer there phone lines at all and looks like they want to take my money and not send no goods aswell. NO BODY ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
My son ordered a £260 coat and still had to pay £5.45 to have it delivered. It arrived with a faulty zip so we had to send it back. Under the consumer rights act the company should pay postage as its a faulty, he paid £11.15 to post it back insured. I contacted them but have heard nothing. He is £16.60 out of pocket theu no fault of his. This company is aimed toward young lads who have to pay for things with either birthday money or minimum wage. Its expensive enough. Shame on you Trapstar!!!
I had to change my jacket from a size S to a size M, although this was complicated, Novella was able to advise and help me with this process.
