Honestly so disappointed won't buy from them again after numerous emails and phone calls got part of my order as most items were out of stock also sent me missing and wrong items and will have to pay postage to send bk customer service don't have a clue whats in stock and what's not absolute shambles won't be buying again.
I was really worried about ordering my son a jacket from you guys as was mixed reviews anyway we went along with it, it was here in two days and it didn’t fit, again I was worried we wouldn’t get our refund it was refunded within 5 days. I would definitely order from you guys again.
I ordered a tracksuit on the 26th July to be told they are low on stock and order will be with me as soon as possible. To ring email them today to be told my bank hasnt made the payment spoke to bank and they have on the 26th and now have to go though bank to get money back an no tracksuit for my sons birthday next week. Won't be shopping with them again
I had previously heard that Trapstars took long with delivery. This couldn’t be further from the truth. I Infact made a mistake with my order and when calling the lady on customer service Aziza was extremely helpful. Will most certainly be ordering from Trapstar again!
I have to express about the excellent customer service I received from Trapstar. The response time was quick and Novella whom assisted me was very helpful & friendly. Keep up the brilliant customer service and I wish all at Trapstar continuously blessings abundantly.
AZIZA was amazing!! Super friendly and helpful. She called to let me know about my order being out of stock and offered other suitable options. Normally you don’t get a call with alternatives but she did so I’m very grateful and she was apologetic for the delay
