Review Time
I was very dubious due to previous reviews - but gave in as son wanted a tracksuit and said he would pay for it whether it arrived or not. Ordered on a Saturday morning (the Monday was a Bank Holiday) - item dispatched on the Tuesday and arrived via DPD on the Wednesday. Didn't need to contact customer service so no reviews on that but as far as ease of ordering, quality of clothes and speed of dispatch and arrival - can't complain.
I ordered a tracksuit and a hat on 10th August and I’m still waiting for the order. Customer service are useless. Take forever to get back to you. Keep telling me they’ll look in to it and nothing gets resolved. This is the last order I’ll be making from this unprofessional company. Giving UK brands a bad name. I actually feel to burn all of my Trapstar collection at this point. RIP Trapstar
Love to know how much azizia has been paying ppl to leave those comments this company is absolutely the worst and really make black businesses look a shambles ordered on the 24th still waiting now to be today not to include weekends as delivery days like u can’t get deliveries on a Saturday customer service is shocking I will never support or recommend this company and that hurts saying that
I purchased the Chenille Decoded Hoodie Tracksuit Lightning Edition for my 15 year old son who had been dreaming of getting in on a nice drop at Trapstar for a while. Boy, was he not disappointed! I wasn't sure what I was getting into by monitoring "a drop" and buying immediately when available. It sold out in minutes. The tracksuit is really great. Delivery was incredibly quick. Pure happiness in my household.
Put an item in basket online, went through the payment process only to be told item was sold out.You item is not secure even though its in the basket.Other companies will secure that item for you.Very poor Customer Care and Service.Very Poor communication.Very poor company.
Honestly the worst company ever for customer service i ordered a tracksuit 3 weeks ago for my sons birthday it hasnt arrived i have emailed asking for a refund and get no replies, i wouldnt use this company again and i would advise other people not to, rubbish
