Absolute shambles of a clothing brand, placed an order a month ago and after 3 emails sent from my end they finally reply to tell me the item is out of stock! Will never be using this brand again. Got drastically downhill the past few years and the quality of items has withered.
Attempted to order some tracksuits however my payment kept getting cancelled regardless of the details all matching and being correct. I attempted to contact them via the live chat with no avail. The tracksuit I wanted is now out of stock. Terrible customer service unable to resolve my issue which has left me unable to buy what I wanted.
Absolutely appalled by the customer service. After ordering a tracksuit back in February 2022 and I am now still waiting for it to this day, 2 months on. I have messaged via dm on instagram and email and they copy and paste the same paragraph everytime. "We are having trouble with logistics please give us 2 weeks" it's been 2 months and I'm still waiting on an update. How an earth can this company still be releasing clothing drops every week and not shipping orders out that are 2 months behind? They don't care about customer service, they just want your money. Will have to go through trading standards and my bank to get something done about this. I'm disgusted with this company.
They don’t follow consumer law by returning the full amount from an online order (item+shipping). I’m not referring to the return shipping costs, but the actual orignal delivery fee which under consumer law, you are entitled to.I’m in contact with trading standards now to get my money back and make sure they stop scamming kids.
Literally ordered and jacket the start of February never heard nothing about it after 2 weeks of waiting, then I email them asking for refund as jacket hasn’t been delivered and I was declined then the next day they emailed me saying there is issues with the product and that I could have instore credit or refund so I settled for refund. It’s now been nearly 3 weeks and still haven’t had the money repaid back, when I email them about it they say it’s been refunded but clearly hasn’t. Wouldn’t order from them again!!
Would give 0 stars if possible. I’m appalled at how this company is dealing with dispatches and selling products at the moment. I ordered a jacket early in February on a ‘Friday drop’ and waited 3 weeks before being told they over sold it. They offered an alternative which I accepted. After waiting a few more weeks I was told last week it’d be with me by the end of this week and I’m still waiting for a dispatch email. They’ve been ignoring my follow up emails now.Do not order from this company unless you want to throw money in the bin.I’ll update this if they actually send my jacket but doesn’t seem like it’s happening sooo…
