Had an issue unfortunately with the courier service I used to return a tracksuit. Nothing to do with TRAPSTAR but I returned a parcel and they lost it and made my life hell for the last 2 months. Spoke to Trey on the phone and he was 100% the kindest and most helpful customer support I’ve spoke to from Any company. He is a credit to the business. Thankyou again Trey, you’ve made my day. The business has credited me out of their own pocket even though it’s not their issue. TRAPSTAR your amazing
I made an order on the 25th of November I ordered 3 items and only two of them came then I had to email them over a dozen times for and my order come at 11th of may it wasn’t all bad because they did give me a free T shirt and 20% discount code but the delivery took way to long to come
So, I got panicked and influenced by the bad reviews so I thought I would share my experience. I was told a 27/4 dispatch date and I hadn't heard anything by 5/5 so I emailed them to let them know I wasn't happy. They emailed back immediately pretty much to say sorry they hadn't been in touch but that particular tracksuit hadn't been dispatched yet and that I would hear from them in a few days...anyway arrived in post 9/5 and although it was a pre-order Ordered back in March, it arrived pretty much when promised. Communication was fab and polite too, all in all cannot complain....the tracksuit itself is lovely, purchased my son and it looks and feels great, he loves it.
