Absolutely shocking experience with trapstar, I’ve waited a month for the pre order drop which is normal, however I’ve now waited an additional 14+ days waiting on them to even reply to my emails (they still haven’t) they replied once a while ago saying it will be an additional 9-12 days and it still has not appeared and now they are not answering any emails and I have not been given any updates, do not order from trapstar your better off going too a reseller to cut out all the mess about and loss off money you get with these!!
Nobody EVER answers the phone which is the only downside but ordered my items in any case and they were delivered promptly and were of excellent quality and a great fit.I was kept informed by email during the entire delivery process and items were with me less than a week later, so very happy.
I needed a specific item in time for my holiday, the item was out of stock so I called up and spoke to Brian, he managed to contact the wear house to find out when next shipment was coming an insured I had it in time, Brian was a pleasure to deal with,his problem solving skills and customer service was outstanding 💫👏
Okay, I feel like I need to say this but, big ups to Trapstar for how they changed in the past months.I ordered an item which was a pre-order so it arrived 5 days after the dispatch date which is totally fine. 1 day ago I ordered another hoodie and it’s already shipped and estimated date is in about 2 days. Don’t believe these reviews, they’ve really changed their way of working and added bots and more features.What I don’t like/dislike is compared to CRTZ that Trapstar isn’t that rare anymore than back in the days. They should stop releasing every month 2-3 drops and just stick to 1 drop each 2 months so the hype stays and it gets limited.But overal amazing experience.
The customer service was amazing, straight to the point. My questions were answered and resolved in a blink of a second. Overall the quality is amazing of the clothings Trapstar supplies and I have never been disappointed. Great communication.-Peks
I have phoned Trapstar customer service a number of times, no automated service - you get through to a person. I have to say this is the best Customer Service I have ever dealt with....... huge shout out for Novella, exceptional Customer Service person. All the people you talk to there believe in their product and so they should. Whoever owns Trapstar London should be really, really proud - fantastic product, great Customer Service.
Trapstar customer service has been amazing with their quick responses and quick resolution to my problem which wasn’t even their fault. However, they made sure they got to the root of the problem and solved it for me! I am very pleased with the support I have received and couldn’t recommend a better customer service team.
