I ordered my tracksuit on the 28th of January when they dropped the tracksuit Chenille Decoded Hoodie Tracksuit and then I ordered another shooter tracksuit they both pre orders they taking forever to come. Customer service is horrendous no number no line to contact them in order to find out where the order is no communication at all really bad service would advise not to buy from here seeing as it’s taking it’s time but really wanted the tracksuit. It’s a joke u pay such a price and they can’t even deliver the product after been so longggggg.

I don't understand the negative reviews?

One of the best fashion brands out there, thank you for my lovely hyperdrive puffer jacket. The delivery was fast and the jacket is sick I was lucky that I was able to purchase it, I tried 3 more times and it sold out instantly. But what I don't understand is the negative reviews before you make a purchase it says on the website that the products are 'preordered' and it might take a while for them to arrive and they are in high demand, read the description before you make a purchase. I am not working for TRAPSTAR writing good reviews for them, overall thank you TRAPSTAR, AND THROW A GIFT CODE/PROMO CODE FROM TIME TO TIME IN THERE ;).

order from 3 months ago still no updates

Ordered a tracksuit on the Christmas Day drop, now there months later I still haven’t revived my order. I would rate this 0 stars if I could buy trust pilot won’t let you. The customer service is an absolute joke a chocolate kettle is more use then them. Endlessly tell you your order is a 9-12 working days window but I ordered three months ago beyond a joke. Stay well away.
