Don’t understand how such a big brand could be so awful with logistics and customer service. Trading standards should close them. How can you still be promoting new drops online when half the UK has never received items from 2021. Absolute joke. Never purchasing again. This brand will fall off and it’s all there fault.
Not even the type of person to leave a review good or bad, but I have to leave one on these lot, bloody disgrace of a company! Over a month ago I Ordered 3 items from these bloody scammers and they only sent me two. Haven’t received despatch confirmation since for the last item. and they They won’t respond to your emails and calls! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Ordered a tracksuit off my sons xmas money on the boxing day drop. Still nothing has arrived and it’s 20th February 2022. i’ve emailed several times being told different dispatch dates every time. now my order is saying unfulfilled. with no refund no email to tell me. So i’ll not raise this with my bank. Avoid this company like the plague. absolute joke
Ordered a tracksuit for my son 26th Nov chased up several times with emails and no responses, called 3 weeks ago and was assured the tracksuit would be dispatched in 10 days fast forward to today and receive a email saying the tracksuit is no longer in stock! Absolutely disgusting customer service if I could give no stars I would, they have had my money since Nov let’s see how long it takes them to give it back! Avoid terrible company
Wished I’d seen these reviews before ordering for my son. Order placed Boxing Day still yet to arrive. Keep being sent details of more so called ‘drops’. Why release more items when you haven’t dispatched your existing orders which are obviously resulting in such terrible reviews. The customer service when you do email is appalling delaying the dispatch date and without a single apology. Very poor service. Will not be purchasing from this so called service again and I sincerely hope these reviews prevent others from purchasing too.
Ordered 2 tee-shirts on 27 November last year.Despite repeated chasing via email, and attempts to contact via phone (almost never answered), we've never received what we ordered - and this despite, once I did manage to speak to them, getting emailed confirmation the order was being escalated and would be shipped in 3 working days.In the end we had to raise a dispute via our bank to get a refund.Utter criminals who steal your money. Avoid.
