Absolutely terrible!

I ordered a tracksuit on the 31st of December and still haven’t heard anything about my order. My mate ordered one a few days before me and got his in about a week. I’ve been emailing back and forth and haven’t received one helpful answer. Never had to wait this long for an order from them. They’ve done too many drops recently and overdone themselves.

Disgusting shipping times

Ordered a tracksuit at the start of December. It’s not the start of February & I still have not received it. I get you guys are busy but 2 months is a bit long don’t you think ?

So I decided to write a review because…

So I decided to write a review because I think the bad reviews on here aren't really justified. I ordered a tracksuit for my 15 year old son on the boxing day drop and as stated on the website it does say it a pre order and will be dispatched after the 28th of Jan. It got to the 2nd of Feb and I decided I would email for an update. I was emailed back the following day stating that it can take 9- 12 days for delivery which it does actually say too I just didn't realise it meant from the 28th of Jan that was my mistake. I was assured all was in hand and my parcel would be with me soon. The following day I was sent an email and a text message saying my parcel had been dispatched. I have then received my item today and my son couldn't be happier. The tracksuurbis fabulous quality and he is so happy with his purchase. 5 stars guys. I think if you want a product that is in such high demand you have to expect a bit of a wait and tbf you are told in advance of the wait. Trapstar I think you guys are fab and I definitely will be looking to purchase from your store again. 😊

Booby Trap(star) - Avoid!

Ordered a Sweatshirt at son's request for his birthday which was in December. This was from the Black Friday drop. It hadn't even crossed my mind to look at reviews as seemed a legitimate company. It arrived last week . 2 MONTHS LATER.Same issues as other customers..initially generic email from customer sevices which was a flyer for product shipping dates, unmanned customer service number and then subsequent emails for refund blatantly ignored.Never the less, my son likes the hoodie which I feel is hugely overpriced for the quality of product and service.Will not be buying from Trapstar again. Avoid at all costs.

After chasing by email finally got my order over a month later. Thrown over my gate by dpd even though it states this was to be signed for. Glad my order is here but sorry to say will not be using you again as the follow up is non existent.

TRAPSTAR CALLED ME A FRAUDSTER LOL

I HAVE MADE MULTIPLE ORDERS SINCE NOVEMBER 2021 AND STILL RECEIVED NOTHING. DESPITE MY ORDERS HAVING A TRACKING NUMBERS AND SAYING MY PARCELS ARE ON THE WAY. TRAPSTAR USE DPD TRACKING YET UPDATE IT ON THEIR ORDER AS DHL WHICH IS CONFUSING FOR CUSTOMERS. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS. I WAS ADVISED BY DPD THAT THE ONLY WAY I CAN RAISE A MISSING PARCEL ENQUIRY IS TO CONTACT THE SENDER. AFTER COUNTLESS ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT TRAPSTAR REGARDING MY ORDERS TO TRY AND RESOLVE THE DISPUTE I GAVE UP. I CONTACTED MY BANK FOR REIMBURSEMENT. TRAPSTAR THEN WENT ON TO BAN ME FROM PURCHASING THEIR GOODS AGAIN AND CANCELLED MY ORDER AND STATED THE REASON WHY WAS ‘FRAUD’ LOL. I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE THE CHEEK TO CALL THEIR CUSTOMERS FRAUDSTERS AFTER THEY ARE THE ONES COMMITTING THE FRAUD. THE REVIEWS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES. ANYWAY I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN LEFT OUT OF POCKET DUE TO THIS RUBBISH BUSINESS TO CONTACT YOUR BANK AND GET YOUR MONEY REIMBURSED FOR YOUR GOODS. I WONT BE PURCHASING FROM TRAPSTAR AGAIN. I WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER AND STARTED BUYING FROM TRAPSTAR EARLY 2011 WHEN THEY USE TO SEND ALL ORDERS IN PIZZA BOXES NOW I AM APPALLED.

Bunch of scammers

Ordered a tshirt in November and wrong size sent. Tens of emails and calls later, no response, no refund, no replacement. How disgusting. Now pursuing through small claims court. Poor poor poor

Ordered a hoody and t-shirt 4 weeks ago…

Ordered a hoody and t-shirt 4 weeks ago yet they deliver the t-shirt then when I query where is my hoody they send me another t-shirt. Insta DM and support and called no communication and still waiting for hoody. Luckily paid via klarna so this all on hold not paying anything
