If I could give no stars I would.Bought items on sale for my boyfriends 21st birthday 28th December 2021. Website states 6-10 working days to be shipped, dispatched and delivered.Month later, no items and no update on my items despite chasing several times was just told “thanks for patience, we’re still dealing with orders from Christmas”.They have now put a disclaimer on their website about delays but had that been there previously, I would not have purchased. I have demanded a full refund ASAP. Fingers crossed I get it or the items ASAP. Absolute joke!
I ordered Christmas gifts on November 25th expecting them to be here on time as I paid £15 for shipping that is promised between 7-14 days. Had to email about 10 times to get a response 2 days before Christmas that my items would be with me by the end of the week. Order was only partially shipped on New Years, and I received only one item and the other item was crossed off the invoice. Emailed again regarding the missing item and have had no response. Ordered from them 2 years ago and had no problem but wouldn’t order again, complete lack of customer service and false promises.
I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS 0 STARTS OR A MINUS SINCE THE SERVICE IS ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. THEIR PHONE NUMBER DOESNT WORK..JUST BES A AUTOMATED CALL AND MAKES YOU WAIT HOURS FOR IT TO CUT OFF AUTOMATICALLY. ORDERED A HOODIE TO WHICH I HAVE NO TRACKING NUMBER..OR CONFIRMATION ABOUT IT BEING SENT OFF FOR DELIVERY. IVE EMAILED THEM AND STILL HAVENT GOT BACK TO ME. AT THIS POINT THEY CAN KEEP THE HOODIE. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK SO I CAN NEVER ORDER FROM THESE GUYS AGAIN.LOOSING MANY CUSTOMERS DUE TO THIS SERVICE!
1. delivery schedule is appalling in todays climate. 9-12 working days (excluding weekends/bank holidays) is not acceptable by anyones imagination. 2. I received a DHL tracking number 48hrs ago, yet the tracking number is still not recognised by DHL - meaning the items have not been shipped within the promised 9-12 working days. 3. I no longer want the items, but In order to get a refund I would need to ‘request’ a return which can take 7 days to action and then a further period of time for banking. Overall an appalling service. I have purchased, received and successfully completed refunds with their direct competitors in the same time they expect to ship.
If I leave 0 stars I would I ordered two lots of clothing from them, once in November and once in December. Immediately after my first purchase I realised that I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong jacket from them, I contacted them and requesting a cancellation and they granted it two days later (so I thought). 3 days later the item they’d claimed to have been cancelled arrived at my doorstep, I contacted them again and they said I’d have to book for a collection and I should let them know what days and hours would be best suited for me, we’re now in mid-late January and that still hasn’t happened, they’ve even now started ignoring my emails. Worst company I’ve ever worked with, i love their stuff and as a fellow black person Id love to continue to support their company but after my last two experiences with them they’ve lost me as a client
Order on boxing day 2021. Today 14th Jan so 19 days and counting.. No dispatch email just questioning whether it’s going to arrive or not. First and last time customer as friends have received theirs and said quality of hoodie is poor and ‘cheap’. Audacity of them to charge £5 for delivery as well. Just Disappointment.
