Worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. Trapstar stated i’d receive my item in 9-12 days and instead got it two months later. Even after calling and emailing several times they didn’t get back to me until i made a formal complaint to which they responded with “sorry for the delay”. On another occasion, i paid for a coat and it went out of stock but it still paid for and it was a nightmare to get a hold of them.
Honestly Just Shop Somewhere ElseTrapstar’a customer service is a big mess I ordered a hoodie a while back last year Christmas time and they send me a email saying it was out of stock so do u want to receive this tracksuit instead and I clicked yes so then I wait for the tracksuit and I get send a random order which wasn’t the hoodie I ordered or the tracksuit hoodie so I send it back for a refund it’s been around 5 months and I still haven’t received my money back so if I was u I just wouldn’t ordered from trapstar just go and buy some Nike or something
Ordered a tracksuit for my son, returned it ages ago still no refund.Have sent numerous emails, tried calling...sent tracking info too. I have had to raise a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back. Terrible customer service, would steer clear tbh but if your desperate for something trapstar buy it from selfridges! buying direct from trapstar you’ll be waiting ages for your order and if you don’t like it....good luck trying to get your money back!!!
I ordered a tracksuit for my son on 20 February. It was a pre-order so I expected a delay. However it is now 24 March and it has still not been received. I have queried several times and have been told various dates it will be received. It is still not despatched.
The customer service from trapstar is the worst I’ve experienced. I bought a hoodie from them a while back. The hoodie came early but the quality was poor so I sent it back for a refund. It’s been 4 weeks and they haven’t got back to me. I’m currently trying to call them. They haven’t picked up for the 20th time. I don’t think I’ll be spending my money with trapstar again.
Delivery is unreliable took over a month to deliver my parcel and when it came I had missing items. They need more workers in that warehouse. They will refund your money with a gift card like I would even look twice at that website. Another company which needs to sort themselves out
