No problems

Was a bit apprehensive about ordering due to the numerous bad reviews, but I had no problems at all. Ordered on line, product delivered early nice quality and a fair price. Made in Portugal which makes a refreshing change from everything coming from Asia.

HAD TO OPEN A PAYPAL DISPUTE IN ORDER TO GET MY REFUND

I had to return an item that did not fit and sent it at my own cost by tracked mail. I emailed Trapstar customer service as I had not heard from them and they said they would process the refund within 5 working days. This never happened and I sent 4 more emails asking when the refund would be processed - the never bothered to reply to a single one. Thankfully I paid by paypal so I opened a dispute and paypal refunded my money as trapstar never bothered to reply to them either.

Poor first experience 😞

I brought my son a hoodie for his 18th bday. Noticed straight away that the delivery address was wrong, called/emailed Trapstar to get this changed but was told they cannot change it, call DPD!. DPD were supposed to deliver my parcel to an arranged pick up point, this never happened!. My order was posted twice to the wrong address and returned to Trapstar after I’d emailed them from the beginning and updated them subsequently after with the correct address!. I’ve asked for a refund but like everyone else I’m still waiting?!. I’m very disappointed as my first experience of being a customer with them is very poor. I personally won’t be buying from them again in future which is a shame as my son loves the brand so much.

Bad quality garments. Not based in the UK

Bad quality garments and the reflective bumbag has this weird dust falling out everywhere it shows up in flash photography.. I emailed them and asked them why this is happening and they simply said this is the nature of the fabric. I find that really weird because it just seems poor quality... also the clothes are NOT made in London they come from abroad and they will likely take forever to arrive. Waste of money and not the luxury I’d expect from a brand like this

Advice for refunds

Been 16 days and still waiting for my order, after reading these reviews it looks like I could be waiting even longer 😐Also if you want to return something please don't!! There's an app called depop where you'll likely find you can sell it for more than what you bought it for in the first place and I heard trapstars return and refund service is terribleUpdate: They are saying it will get dispatched on the 18th March, and I ordered it at the start of Feb so pretty much two months delivery time by the time I actually get it..

Always a great experience

I always have a great experience with Trapstar and the delivery is always quick! I have to admit, you have to be very quick when they release new stuff due to high demand but I’ve always been lucky to get them.Amazing service!

This is a honest review

This is a honest review I have no idea why everyone else seems to be having a bad time my second time every purchasing from them and the item didn’t quite fit how I wanted it to (not their fault) so I returned the item. Had absolutely no problems at all with the return and the customer service I spoken to was very pleasant and I had 0 problems at all. I would highly recommend any day of the week

Awful customer service as their is no way to get through to them and they never have next day delivery service as the normal delivery service takes weeks to arrive

Absolutely shocking customer service! Deliveries take forever and if you have to do a return?! Omg! Make sure you know what you want as they don’t have a clue about after sales and returns.
