Do not buy from this company!! After following up with them via phone, email, Instagram direct message, Trapstar cannot provide standard/basic customer service.Please save your coins or buy from another brand that respects your business. First of all, I sent a return.. they claimed they didn't receive it! Weeks later they stated they have received it. They claimed a refund would be processed, to date! I am still waiting.To be honest, I'm not sure if the CEO/Directors are overpaying themselves rather than paying staff, hence why they can't process SIMPLE order/request but something needs to be done! The only way this company will stop be fraudulent is if people STOP buying online from them. If anything, go in-store but stay away from online orders. They do not have the capability to fulfil the order correctly or process refunds in time!!If I could give 0 stars, I would!

Trap star customer service is poor

Trap star customer service is poor! Please do not deal with this company! They laughed at our frustration at their initial error in sending out the wrong order on two occasions. They was very unhelpful and very rude. Did not try and take accountability for their error! Absolute TRASHHHHHHH

So disappointed in the company complete…

So disappointed in the company complete frauds!! I ordered a tracksuit that I didn't like the look of when it arrived sent it back after 3 weeks waiting for the refund I contacted customer services and after numerous emails to one another the refused to refund was a loyal customer spent a lot of money but I now refuse to ever purchase from them again!!!

Worst customers service!!!!

Purchased 3 jumpers for my partner and all 3 have bobbled and faded!! Very bad quality for £80 each! DO NOT BUY!!! Avoids all messages, emails, phone calls, and all social media!!!!!!

SCAM COMPANY!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! I bought a top from them for £60 way before Xmas and only just been told it’s not coming after paying for guaranteed Xmas delivery. I asked for a refund - NO RESPONSE!! I then get sent an email saying they’re going to give me a credit note! No I don’t want a Credit Note I want my money back for an order they never sent-not to mention they never even gave me the credit note anyway! Just a promise of one! I have now rung and emailed for 2 weeks now and they are not responding! They still have my money!!! Absolute scammers. I will never buy from Trapstar again. School boy company taking money for zero goods!
