Review Time
Trapstar is an utter disgrace. I ordered an item a month back and I still have not received it. They are refusing a refund and their customer aftercare is dire. I will never buy from this brand again. They have stated that I should receive my order within 9-12 working days (agreed upon the purchase of goods) and they have not fulfilled to that promise. I highly reccomend keeping your money in your own pocket and buy from somewhere else, this is shocking!!!!!!0/10
At first I said I was not going to buy any more items as I thought these lot were taking the mic out of me. But as soon as I called them and got through to an agent on the phone, specifically Brian he helped me quickly and swiftly with no problems whatsoever. Through email expect to wait a day or two for a reply. But will be purchasing many products again !!
I made a review a while ago because my first order was not been fulfilled for around 3 weeks. i contacted trapstar on instagram and got a call a couple days later. i was given extra items for the f uck about and iv ordered loads of times since my first. i think the bad reviews make people panic, it did me. but the clothes are amazing the people are cool and if you buy something that sells out you get free sh!
Purchased over twenty times now and only had one or two issues. The service is no way perfect, but I havent experienced what many have written. I assume people dont check the preorder dates, I ordered something and knew it would take a month before dispatched, I read the description and made a choice. All returns and exchanges have been prompt, customer service though could be upgraded.
