Still waiting on a refund for two items I have returned. I was also never contacted about them receiving my returned order. I have tried to call multiple times and am having to just leave a voicemail that they are not replying to.

Horrendous Customer Service Poor Quality

Ordered tracksuit for my son for Christmas, ordered it 3 weeks before with a quick delivery. The item wasn’t in stock even though they were advertised. It took 3 weeks to get a refund after they first tried offering a credit note. I had to insist on a refund this was after several emails and phone calls.They play on it being a young fashion brand and leave people disappointed.Quality is not good either in items we managed to receive.Spend your money on brands that are interested in their customers not just taking your money

Quality Customer Service

Trapstar is a fantastic company who have provided me with high quality clothing for a while now. I noticed they remain professional even if an order is incorrect they do their best too make customers feel valued. Phonelines are often busy so email is advised. If you manage to get through over the phone, the staff (Aziza, Hollie and others) are very polite, knowledgeable and helpful when dealing with queries regarding returns.

Been ordering here for years never had…

Been ordering here for years never had an issue. I only really posting here as my group chat sent me a link to this and I’m in shock at the things people are saying. Before you take these reviews in its important to note, people will only send a review in anger as opposed to the many people I know who have no issues with Trapstar over the years. Wrong I know, but it’s just how we are as humans. But yeah good products, graphics never rust like other brands tend to. Good fits and really a unique brand imo. Would recommend 100%.

I returned an item because I bought it…

I returned an item because I bought it again in the sale. They never acknowledged my return of the first item. Had to go through PayPal to get a refund back. No one responded to my emails. Awful customer service. Avoid.
