Where do i start. Spent a fair bit of money considering it was my first purchase from trapstar but i was told it would take 9-12 working days for delivery but when 14 working days had passed i emailed them but had no response, i then went on to email them and phone them a few days later but had no answer. It was only until i threatened them with trading standards that they informed me the product i ordered was not being sent to me due to quality control standards and that they would refund me. Im abit worried as i have a few pre-orders with them. I wouldn't recommend shopping with them at all

Absolutely terrible I asked when my item was going to be dispatched after 12days ( they said soon) it’s 3 weeks in and I haven’t received nothing it’s terrible , I had a gathering to goto had to change my whole outfit because of it both customer service numbers - nobody picks up , first time seeing these reviews I ordered from Benjart n Nike after these lot and yet it’s come weeks before I’ve even got a dispatch notice u got other companies charging £1-4 for delivery your charging £5.45 and u can’t even deliver on time after you take the longest n are more expensive than your competitors The responses are so unprofessional and it just shows they don’t care about the customer , I haven’t been supporting this company since I was in school but I will gladly say this is the last time Not even once had a discount or any freebies for this bad service just abrupt responses like to say It’s compulsory to make a purchase Hate to say it but I’m appalled A pandemic has gone past and yet you still seem to think people have to buy from you Need to fix up seriously cos I’ve been a customer since 2010 but I can’t deal with this no more it’s to much headache

Disgusting service

Wish I would of read these reviews before placing my order. I ordered 2x tshirts and a hoodie for my 14 year old son, which arrived when stated they would. I returned 1x tshirt and haven't received a refund. After calling customer service which is non existent and sending numerous emails i haven't received a response. Shocking customer service. They have robbed my son of his birthday money. Shame on you! Will not be ordering from you again.

Great experience

I am quite surprise with all those bad review, hence my experience was really great. Ordered hoodie for my son, but I didn’t realised delivery can take up to 2 weeks. And he wanted/ needed very soon. Emailed to customer service, I did not receive reply, but our item was delivered on a very next day. I was genuinely impressed . And it seems like really good quality and very popular design by teenagers and young people. So for me thumb up so far.

Their customer service needs improvement.

I purchased from Trapstar in February then returned two shirts. Waited for a refund. I wrote to the company and received no reply. Finally in May I received a refund. They have such a good line of clothing but wish their customer was as good as Hoodrich. How many customers are they losing because of this 🙄.

Brought something that was meant to be in stock hasn’t been sent out saying about pre-order and does not reply to Messages terrible customer services and won’t be buying any more that’s for sure right now put my money where people actually care🤷🏻👎🏻

Honestly the business is shocking these guys have some really good quality and unique items but do not count on them Shocking customer service Shocking delivery times Got my t shirts a month after I ordered Only reason I got them was after constant spamming they need to fix up If this business actually had a proper customer service team running stuff they would be as big as Benjart and MDV but currently they don’t stand a chance.

Awful customer service Beware

Awful customer service. Sly and scammy. If you pay direct you don't receive goods or late and wrong size impossible to get refund. If you then use Klarna thinking this will help alas no...Trapstar book a delivery via courier this triggers payment but the courier never receives parcel. When you query via email..they cancel the delivery and stop communicating totally. The only option I have now is to travel to Notting Hill from North with my son and collect items or substitutes from store..no doubt they will have an issue with this but the only way I see of getting money or goods back. Its a brilliant hussle...Trapstar obviously no desire to be a long term brand...kiddo loves it but I will offer any brand(d2 Kenzo Balmain C. de Garcons) other than this going forward..anyone but Trapstar...such a shame..Great designs no real interest in business.
