Review Time
The quality is still very bad. Primark tracksuits don't bobble in two washes and you know the price difference! I don't know why they're ripping people off like this when they spend so much time building the brand and how successful it has become. The price they charge they can well afford something better than the cheap fabric used. T-shirts are OK, just not the tracksuit fabric. For reference, I wash all my clothes on a 15-minute sport wash and a low rev spin. The shortest possible wash and the fabric still look like pikey clothing in record time.
Still waiting to receive order made on 15/05/21. Was told it was delayed but would be dispatched 21/06/21. Still waiting for delivery. Delivery charge of £10 is shocking for such poor service. Order was for son's birthday tomorrow so will not be received in time despite early order. Order at your own risk!!
Currently on the phone to customer service. Son ordered a top on 4th April 2021. He has followed it up a number of times, still not arrived.Guy has put me on hold whilst he checks if the item is in stock in the warehouse. Not sure where the warehouse is? I’m in uk, he’s been gone a while. Fobbing me off I think!DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, Inconsistent and unreliable!
I hate buying on line but my son really wanted a hoodie from this company. When it arrived it didn’t fit and so returned it on 24.05.2021 and we are still waiting for a refund. We are getting absolutely nowhere when trying to contact the company.
Worst company. I always like the clothes but never ordered, I live in Sweden. I order a lot of UK brands, usually take maximum 7 days to get my orders. I order 6-7 pieces with trapstar fkn 3 weeks ago. And when I track it, it’s been on hold by DHL in London, this whole week. 6-7 days it’s just sitting on hold in London. It took 2 weeks to get my order confirmation etc. I’ve sent emails to customer service, more then twice. Still no answer, and it’s been days. By far the worst experience I’ve had shopping for anything online, literally the worst. Don’t even know how it’s possible to be this bad.One more week and it’s a full month sense I have ordered. Ali express ships faster then this.
Terrible service They still owe me money and won’t reply I’ve messaged them over 15 times they don’t care they just take your money and make you beg for it back, stay away from these guys I tell people to stay away too I won’t to put the screen shots of the conversation up but I can’t anyway don’t buy from the people of sponsor them my names jake swift they have all me details but still noting don’t let this happen to you aswe !!!!!!!
