Ordered on 31/7 payment took, order confirmed. Over 5 weeks later still to receive anything. Reached out to customer service numerous times and told the same thing “waiting on one of the items to be back in stock” don’t accept orders you can’t fulfil. Never had issues with trapstar back in the day but as of recent all I hear is negative reviews and I’ve learnt the hard way! Certainly won’t be purchasing again.

IT'S A SCAM!people, please don't order anything from this "company" they are scammers. Just like everyone else here on this review platform, I have also been conned. Same issues, no product, no refund etc. After contacting my bank to raise a dispute, My bank has noted a high number of complaints against this company and they are now being reported & looked into under the consumer act 2015. The more people that report, the more we can protect ourselves and others from scammers like Trapstar.
Placed an order over a week ago no confirmation of order no tracking nothing after paying for next day delivery. Emailed to cancel to which they asked for order number, emailed 3 times since and heard nothing. Ready to report to tradings standards.
Absolutely shocking company! I would give it 0 stars if I could. Placed an order 29th July, it’s now a month later and have still not received my order. Have tried their live chat twice, not sure the purpose of it as no one bothered to get back to me. They ask for your email but not sure why as they don’t email you the response. Have sent multiple emails but no response, but they have the audacity to send me sales emails promoting their clothes. Have no idea how this company is still running, never experienced anything like it. Quick to take your money but don’t respond or delivery your products!! Hope your company gets shut down. Customer Service where?
