Absolutely rubbish, I’d advise everyone not to buy this brand. Their clothing is cheap material, wash it it shrinks and has bubbles on it. Every piece of clothing is different in sizes, when you do return a parcel they ignore all your emails etc.
I orderes a tracksuit on 06/08/25 I paid for and was only told on 22/09/25 that the tracksuit isn’t even in stock yet so they are false advertising which is illegal and now 47 days later have only just been told this and I’ve got to wait another 14days for my money back🤣 bunch of tramps
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!Imagine I have ordered two items (a windbreaker and a full set black tracksuit) on the 22nd of September. Up until this day, I have not received any tracking updates, or even email responses regarding as to when my stuff will be shipped to my apartment. PSA If you are not able to receive the refund from the company. Then you can contact the bank to raise a dispute and get your money back (which is what I did which successfully went well)
I would not even give them a 1 star, disgusting rip offs, family i would not bother purchasing from trapstar nor would I suggest anyone else too, goods do not get delivered and absolutely no response from any emails sent. You can not even track n trace. This company is a fraud and the only thing they seem to be good at is taking your money and ghosting you.
I ordered a tracksuit over 6 weeks ago, and trapstar still haven't sent it to me. All the details are correct on the order eg. the shipping address, customer name etc and the payment has been issued to them i have sent numerous emails inquiring about the order, but they refuse to respond to any of my emails. I even tried phoning them, but their contact number on google doesn't work.
If I could chose 0 stars I would have. Placed an order, after three weeks no comms I reached out and they said they couldn’t confirm delivery date and asked if I wanted to cancel which I did. But no confirmation of that, now I’ve started having despatch emails despite asking over and over again for cancellation. Totally rubbish customer service.
