Don't waste your time on them, dont order anything from them, they keep ignoring my emails, in the past I never had problems with them but recently only problems. Looks like they changed their tactics how to run business. From legit to scam business.
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, been waiting on my order for a full month and it’s still ‘preparing to ship’ never order from them if you’re reading this, you’ll lose your money, absolute scammers. It can’t possibly take a MONTH to process an order from a UK company to a UK city. My order was the 5th of July still not received my mystery box.
Wow wish I read the reviews before ordering. It’s a UK company and yet I could have driven round the UK 5 times before my order is even dispatched. 2 weeks later and I’m still waiting. They say its 12 days expected till dispatch. For a UK business posting to a UK customer. Is your delivery service a wheelbarrow?? I could have probably swam across the English channel and back before hearing anything. Sent 4 emails now with no reply. I expect my money back or some sort of compensation for this frustration and waiting time. Will not shop here again
Every single time when I have ordered things they will deduct money from my account and then send me an email that my order has been cancelled and I will get my refund in 3 to 10 working days and it takes two weeks for the refund. It’s bad I have experienced this 4 time, I will never buy this brand again it’s better to buy Nike tech fleece or hoodrich or some other street wear brands who fulfils their orders instead of cancelling it.
They take your money and don’t deliver, and their customer service is nonexistent, unprofessional, and disgusting.Do not waste your time or money, shop elsewhere! Despite chasing them several times, I have received nothing but silence and excuses. No product. No refund. No accountability.This is beyond unprofessional it’s disgusting customer service and a complete lack of respect for paying customers. Trapstar clearly has no problem breaching consumer rights, taking people’s money, and failing to deliver.I’ve now had to formally demand a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and warned them I will escalate to my bank and consumer protection authorities. No one should have to fight this hard to simply get what they paid for or get their money back when a company fails to deliver.
I placed an order for a tracksuit on the 7th June stating on the site they would be shipping from 13th June, that date came and went and then shipping was updated to early July.To this date (31 July) still no update, no information when the order might be shipped, multiple emails sent and tried online chat where as other say they just do not respond.I'm astounded as a mainly ecommerce business how appalling their service is, yet they are more than happy to keep spamming my inbox with new releases, special offers, discount codes!A message to the owners of this business you really need to take a careful look at your entire operations and work out what is important to you because clearly customer service and care is not something you value!
