Placed an order over a week ago and had to chase as no dispatch email received. Received an automated email to say they would respond within 48-hours, after 72-hours and no response I again chased via email and web chat, ultimately to be told that they have logistic delays and can’t give me and expected delivery date, basically, it will get to you when it gets to you. Absolutely disgusting. Save yourself the hassle and buy another brand
I placed an order on the 25th July 2025 for my son birthday amounting to £126 for various outfits. The order never arrived. I contacted them on the email provided with no response. I made contact on their chat box with no response. I want a refund but no one is responding to me. There is no phone number to speak to anyone. I will never use them again. I will be going to trading standards and will not let this go. Terrible service do not use. You will not get your items purchased. Total scam.
I’d give no stars if I could. Placed an order on 20th of July for 2 t-shirts that my nephew had asked for his birthday. It’s a month later and I’ve had update 2 weeks again saying that I would my order within the week but nothing. Have tried contacting again but I keep getting the same generic email asking for my order details but no actual response or order. They are quick enough to take your money though. I would have never used this company had I have known their awful reputation.
Scam of a company made an order 3 weeks ago took my £175 nothing delivered emailed them a number of times ...nothing ..phones numbers found don't work.. live chat no on answers waited 2 hrs !! They are robbers don't know how they get away with it..Previously I done another 2 orders but I done paying in 3 and them 2 orders came straight away. This order I paid I'm full with my card, I think that's there scam of u pay in full u don't get ur items as when I paid in 3 they came next day. Going ro report this company they should not be allowed to keep doing this to people and getting away with it
