I ordered some pieces for my son's birthday. He waited over 3 weeks. Never received tracking code. Tried to get through to them multiple times about this and never get anything back or comformation. Terrible customer service and downright scammers.
Poor delivery and customer serviceI have made a few orders from Trapstar and was told to expect a 12-15 day delivery. However, it took an overly long time to receive part of my order, and I am still waiting for the remainder. When I contact customer service, I just get a chatbot or no help at all. While waiting for your order, you're constantly spammed with texts or emails to entice you to buy more when you're still waiting on a delivery.Date of experience: 18 August 2025
Absolute Joke!!!! If you want to waste your money and not get anything in return, then this is the place to head to! On the 29th of July I placed an order for a tracksuit, gilet and hoodie. On the 13th of August I still had no update on my order, if it had been dispatched, nothing! I emailed them about the issue of no information, I received an automated email asking for details. Which I sent and haven’t received anything. Since then I have emailed 6 times and had yet to of received anything. DPD contacted me to deliver a parcel from trapstar, when I got home it was a top with stained marks. Nothing which I have ordered. Fuming is an understatement. I’ve spent over £250+ and received nothing. Absolute Scam artists. I will now be going back to my bank to tell them about this fraudulent transaction as they obviously cannot provide the goods on their behalf. ABSOLUTE TIME WASTERS

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They are a scam!!! I ordered a top on 17th of August with guaranteed delivery by 22-23rd of August and I still haven’t received it. Multiple emails sent and NO RESPONSE till date. Please contact your bank and raise a dispute if you have already ordered. I should be receiving the refund in the next 2 weeks via my Bank.
Like so many others, my stuff ordered 29 June has not been fulfilled, just socks &1 x t shirt delivered from 2 orders with over £100 spent, & no mystery box items forthcoming. 4 messages sent, all ignored & in the meantime my son is going on holiday without what he should have had delivered weeks ago. It’s an absolute disgrace. No phone number, no customer service & I won’t have it. I’ll go to my bank or even court if necessary, I WONT BE RIPPED OFF! I have now reported to Trading Standards & Will involve my bank next week. As someone in this chain said earlier, everyone should do this - this company cannot take money from people and then not deliver goods and ignore customers who have paid hard earned money for their clothing.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYI wish I'd read all these reviews before I ordered.Would give zero stars if I could.Ordered on 14th Aug and received order confirmation.Of course the money was taken quick enough but since then ...nothing...No despatch confirmation, no goods, no answers to my numerous emails to customer service with the exception of one automated reply.Grandsons birthday came and went and now I just want my money back.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
It’s just frustrating when you open a company with no contact number only by email for a brand like trapstar.. I have made 2 order but struggling still to get them . Contact them but no reply or what so ever and was my son birthday
Placed an order over a month ago, customer service responded once and has ignored 5 follow up emails, no updates and no refunds, do not buy from this brand they are clearly falling apart and are trying to get as much as they can before they disappear
Giving a star is generous, ordered a large quantity of clothes and been waiting over 2 weeks. After emailing customer support with my tracking number and issue, they failed to see the issue and requested me to resend my details and problem. Nobody has made an effort to help or navigate my order progression nor has anyone on the support team been actively taking on their role of good customer support. Order at risk…
