I placed an order on the 30th September. I received my order confirmation straight away. I emailed asking for update as there has been no progress with delivery. They emailed back straight away, asking for more details and allow 48 hours response. I immediately emailed back, 4 working days later and no response!!

Shocking service

Shocking service. Ordered on the 9th of October. Still waiting. No number to get hold of any customer service. Poor on replying to emails. Just get fobbed of with the same story. Deeply out of pocket! Will never order again!

Appalling Customer Service

I ordered a coat from Trapstar on the 22nd September and had not received it by the 5th October - I contacted their customer service with all the information and received an automatic email back asking for information that I had already provided so I replied straight back confirming the information as requested. Then 2 days latter instead of answering my enquiry they have said that they are closing it down as I have not responded! I thought they were looking into the query but no. Very unprofessional and unhelpful customer service - last time I am ordering any clothes from this brand.

Do not buy from them

Do not buy from trapstar. I ordered 7th O toner told it would be delivered by 10th October. No delivery. Emailed so many times. Live chat don’t exist. Don’t give them your money.

Waiting 31 days for my order to arrive…

Waiting 31 days for my order to arrive after paying nearly £6 for postage is totally unacceptable. I sent several emails chasing my order and various chat enqs, all to no avail. Really poor customer service. Looking at all the reviews, it doesn't look like an isolated incident. I wanted to resolve this with Trapstar before leaving a review, but as they never respond, this is my only option to make others aware before ordering

They don't care anymore.

First time I ordered everything went fine, it was pretty quick and reliable.But now I ordered again on 6th of October just to be ghosted by customer support and being left in the dark about my order, estimated between is blank and my attempts to talk to the support is ignored.Its currently the 22nd and its still no tracking number no nothing.It's embarrassing that a rapper like Central Cee has a tattoo of this Company and then just throwing all authenticity and dignity out of the window.Shame on you Trashstar.

To anyone who’s wondering how to get an refund - call your bank and file a charge back dispute the bank refund you straight away while claiming the money of Trapstar. The more people to do it the more likely this will be taken seriously.Ordered one week ago I still haven’t received my item. It hasn’t even been dispatched. It’s still classed as unfulfilled. No communication we’ve done whatsoever email them they asked for my details sent that and haven’t received anything back since.

Placed a big order over 2 weeks ago and still have not received. I have emailed and had no response. I have left messages on social media no response. I’ve even tried to call the phone number that is no longer working. Unbelievable they need to get it together.

Ordered on 29th September all now no tracking and no update. Emailed 3 times with no responses. Proper trampstars tbh. How you base your whole ting off being a trapper but now can’t fullfill orders. Fck trapstar from here on out got these anorexic business owners eating off peoples money with no product it’s embarrassing.
