Review Time
I never received my order. I ordered on 10/03 with a delivery timeframe of 15-20 days. It is now 24/04, I have received no dispatch email and no responses to my recent emails. I will be going to small claims court my order cost £125.00! Don’t sell items if you can’t fulfill orders

Ordered son a tshirt 17/4 still not arrived on 9/5 Laressa in customer service is shocking and so rude. I told her my child was autistic and asks every day she said it will be dispatched two weeks ago still nothing. Try calling, no answer. Leave voice mail no call back! She then told me she was putting me into the chat manager and never did. Absolutely scandalous.
So I ordered trapstar on Thursday before the Easter bank holdiay and was a bit worried after reading the reviews but I still believed in trapstar as I was ordering first time so I ordered it and thought it wouldn’t come and started to get worried but on Tuesday I got email saying is been despatched and would be receiving it by Thursday the 13th of April but it came a day before on 12th of April so i was happy with the service because it came within 2 days so thanks trapstar and would be ordering in the future
