Hi ordered a t shirt for my son size XL and was sent XS, have spent a week contacting customer service, had no answer , only 2 emails asking me to rate there customer service, how can you rate customer service when they done nothing.I have spent all day trying to get to customer service on 02039153703 and i get is can not connect to this number . Terrible service , non existence.

I hope for a Trapstar glow-up in 2024!

This is the fourth year in which Trapstar has relied on the chenille decoded sets. I wish they would create more original garments. I already own too many Decoded Tracksuits, and there seems to be nothing better or of similar quality available. I used to love Trapstar, but it's been a while since I made a purchase because I feel like I already have everything they offer, and nothing new stands out. I hope for a Trapstar glow-up in 2024!

Stay away from these sharkes, awful company to deal with

Absolutely shocking company to deal with, take customers monies then go silent, advised 9-12 working days for my items to arrive buy weeks later still nothing, Spoke to a lead manager called Jason who promised to keep eye on my order now he has also gone silent on me, i have no idea if and when my sons items will be arriving..Love the clothing and great quality, shame the people who run the company are the opposite to this

Don't waste your time

Can literally order from China and it will arrive faster than these guys. Every single time you have to wait minimum of 12 days for them even to acknowledge your order. Too focused on their hype to actually look after customers who've attempted to be loyal. Corteiz and benjart far better option and far better customer service and quality. Oh and never guy the colabs places and faces x trapstar was some serious DHGate looking quality hoody.

Bag lasted 2 days and literally fell apart

Purchased a bag for £95 at a pop up shop in my city and within 2 days the bag has broken, the whole ‘T’ has come apart from the bag itself and the lock simply doesn’t work so the bag is not secure, contacted them and was told they only deal with online purchases?? The pop up shop has now gone and I have a bag I cannot use. Poor quality and terribly made.

This review is based on the so called logistic side and customer service Ordered a shorts and t shirt set on the 30th of June it’s the 27th July abd still no dispatch update so I requested a update to be told the same as most people on hereUnfortunately we've experienced a logistic delay with the on your order, hence why we've been unable to deliver within our shipping windowWe're expecting this item to be with our warehouse team soon and aim to update you with dispatch information by the end of next week. I was told this the week before so I Asked for the order to be cancelled to be sent a automated email asking for my details then requested a cancellation to be sent the automated email again minutes after the 1st one asking for my details Again If you are experiencing problems go to resolver trapstar and they will help you get your money backOr if there is a issue with the clothing many of things they help with

Poor quality

Poor quality, paid £185 for tracksuit, its been worn once and looks awful. Material has piled and gone bobbly, contacted customer service who initially said its wear and tear then said I can send it back for inspection in the warehouse but I'll have to pay for postage. Reading the reviews on here, I can't see this being resolved. Will not order again, expected much better quality.

I ordered an in stock T-shirt on 19 May and didn’t hear anything at all. Contacted the first time to be told‘ Unfortunately, we've experienced a logistic delay with your order, hence why we've been unable to deliver within our shipping windowWe're expecting this item to be with our warehouse team soon and aim to update you with dispatch information by the end of next week.‘I had to contact them again at the end of that week and they sent the exact same message.Their whole customer experience is woeful - they continue to drops weekly despite clearly having no proper logistics or customer service. They only care about wasting peoples time and taking their money.I first bought from them three years ago, never again. They don’t seem to ever improve even when you hope they do
