I had the same issues with speaking to someone as per other reviews left on here, however I got through to Brian and can honestly say he is an asset to the team at TS. He dealt with me professionally, promptly and was empathetic. He ensured I was left happy and satisfied in how he dealt with my order.

I bought from here and it said 7-10 days for the delivery but it came in two . The products are a bit overpriced but they look really clean and I think it was worth it

Scam Company - Do not waste your money

Have purchased several T-shirts and a hoodie on the 10th of March. It has been way over the 12 days timeframe up untill they are supposed to ship the order. There has been no answer to my e-mails, the chat is a joke as it does not work, you are never connected to anyone. The phone number is also a joke as I am almost 100% sure no one will ever pick-up the phone as I have tried getting through several times and you are always prompted to leave a voicemail after around 20-30 minutes of waiting. The phone and chat systems seem to be automated to NOT WORK.I honestly cannot understand how there is so much hype around this brand yet the customer service is absolutely non-existent. You just feel there is nothing you can do as they literally ignore you. Good there is a physical store but going all the way to London for that is a mission.

Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. Returned a hoodie over a week ago now and I had it tracked with Royal Mail which is saying that they have received my package. Not one email has been sent to say a refund has been issued. I have left countless email asking about it and still no reply. No point in phoning either because you will sit on hold for hours and not answer doesn’t matter the day or time. Don’t trust this company at all.

Ordered an item on the 10th of March, I’ve heard nothing, I’ve sent six emails with no reply, how does this company get away with just taking peoples money and not sending out the product, customer service is completely pointless

Disappointing disgusting business

Would not give this company any stars, should have the option of NO stars in my opinion.Have been trying to get contact with them over a week, left emails, called and also on their contact page, no response, have emailed to speak to a manager, no response, have held on the phone for over half hour no answer, absolutely disgusting service and I am still awaiting my order placed on 20/03/23, with 3-5 working days delivery.Have sent email to cancel my order and have had no confirmation. Will NEVER PURCHASE from this Company again.If and when my order arrives will be sending straight back.
