Made 2 orders within the space of 4 weeks. Should've known better as the 1st one wasn't acknowledged until I emailed 2 weeks after the order. Was promised it would be with me within another 5 days only to have to chase it to be told the whole order still hadn't been despatched because 1 of 4 items wasn't available from the supplier. 1st order finally arrived after 1 month only to find the 2nd order still not acknowledged. Honestly love the t-shirts but as a brand trapstar are so poor. Will not order from them again.
This company is a disgrace. Ordered a t-shirt seconds after drop started, paid by credit card and approved via app, received order confirmation by email but they then randomly cancelled the order 3 days later. No reason given.Tried to call, no answer - left voicemail as instructed but no one called back. Eventually received an email which suggested there was a server issue. That’s it. No apology and no further explanation regardless of me chasing numerous times and the fact I have an order confirmation on email from them.Do not use this company !!! Absolutely disgraceful !
Great products and usually prompt delivery but when things go wrong it all turns into a shambles. On this occasion they missed their original delivery estimate and after 6 weeks from order they were still unable to give me any information about what had gone wrong or when I would get the product, or even if it would be delivered at all.Using vagary like the phrase "logistical delay" is not convincing and simply makes it seem as though they have no idea what and why it has gone wrong or when or if they can put it right.They are generally uncommunicative and impossible to contact by phone. Their online chat doesn't work either. I had to repeatedly chase them, they do not seem to attempt to correct problems or report proactively. For orders of more than one item they withhold delivery of what is available pending availability of what isn’t, despite being asked in print not to do so, so they don’t take notice of requests either. This type of thing has happened more than once.Eventually (thankfully) Jason got involved and replied to my emails and provided positive information.. They finally delivered after 7 weeks from order. 54 emails passed between us in that period.
I ordered my son a tracksuit for his birthday at a cost of £185. After a couple of washes it looks like he has owned it for years! In fact I have items I have owned for years and that cost a fraction of the price and they still don't look as bad. I emailed the company who told me it was wear and tear. I replied saying I wasn't happy and they haven't responded. They had the audacity to send me a customer satisfaction survey though. I emailed again asking for a response and they still haven't replied, I'm not counting the second customer satisfaction survey as a response. Truly shocking customer service and quality of produce. My advice is don't purchase anything from Trapstar.
Wait time for delivery was very long, had to chase and didn’t get responses for ages. You pay £80 for a hoodie and it’s REALLY poor quality. The lettering and motif are iron on transfers by the feel/look of it. A couple of times in the wash and they will look terrible. You expect more when paying such prices. Avoid
Ordered a tshirt expected it to be at my home address withing a normal delivery period , 4 days later no tshirt so I emailed trapstar said where is my tshirt , they replied saying it has not been dispatched yet and it will soon , 2nd week no tshirt and I had ordered a few items from different company's after I ordered the trapstar t shirt and I had received all of them by this point however the trapstar tshirt had still not arrived so I emailed trapstar again any update on where the tshirt is ? The replied with .. give it the estimate deliver time for the item to arrive you still have 4 working days left , 3rd email 4 weeks had past and still no tshirt however the estimate time of arrival has been and gone at this point so I emailed them again which they replied . We have been having issues with dispatch we don't have the item in stock when we do we will email you with when you should receive the tshirt , by this point I replied saying why was this not told after the first email I sent ? instead they just fobbed me off . Its unacceptable and unprofessional. Stay away from this company and do not order anything online , that being said they are going to refund me so fingers crossed I get my money back !!
