AVOID. I ordered 28th march and STILL haven’t received my order. I have tried to contact customer service multiple times. They say 9-12 working days, but it’s been almost 5 months. i have raised a dispute with my bank as that was my last option. any good reviews on here are fake and staged. do not order, you will NOT receive your order but your money will be taken. the CEO’s of trapstar are flaunting their lifestyle all over instagram with stolen money from customers. greedy treacherous company. i am in the process of reporting to trading standards to get them shut down FOR GOOD. Hoodrich and Corteiz and similar alternatives with great customer service and very speedy delivery 😊 if i could give zero stars to this rubbish company, i would.
I ordered a tshirt on the 21st of august, and was told 9-12 days shipping. It’s now 10th of October and I received a refund because it was ‘out of stock’. Why did it take almost 2 months for them to tell me this? Well they didn’t have an answer either. Still waiting for my other tshirt on the same order 1 week later. Terrible service. Terrible shipping. Won’t ever be buying from here again.
Ordered a shorts and t shirt set on 28th June and still hasn’t arrived, I’ve emailed them plenty of times and all I’ve been told is they are preparing my item for dispatch end of next week ( 5 times now ) absolutely poor from trapstar, there delivery and customer service is terrible, such a shame as they do great clothes that I’ve purchased in the past but seem to have problems with my recent orders.
Wish i'd checked the reviews here first. Absolutely shocking company, took the money 2 months ago and still haven't received my order. Finally got a response to be told there was shipment issued and it'd receive it this week. Why take the money before an item has even shipped. Brought a jacket from you in March of this year for my sons birthday in May, only 3 months later it’s falling apart. The trap star emblem is coming off. Extremely poor quality for the price! Have made contact with you to bring this up but as yet to receive a reply. Don’t think I’ll be buying from you again.
Ordered my son a tracksuit and tshirt on the 23/06/2023. Still awaiting the items. Contacted customer service after 10 working days and they said in line with their shipping policy to wait the 9-12 days. Contacted them yesterday (day 12) to be told that the one item (tshirt) is having problems with warehouse supply. I replied that is going against their shipping policy and they shouldn’t sell and take money from customer if they can’t fulfil the order. Received my delivery fee refund and been told to wait a further 10days! Fact they obviously knew this was an issue when contacting them on day 10 and no communication except from me chasing is poor customer service. Tried calling the number on their website - phone line is not in use! So had to contact the chat box and wait over 20minutes for member of staff to reply. Only have the one member of staff monitoring this, hence the long waiting time. Once I receive my order (if I ever do) I will never purchase from Trapstar again. Overpriced and the fact you have to pay for delivery despite spending so much is ridiculous.
So far I have purchased 5 Trapstar tracksuits for my son, but we won't be buying another pair until they change the thick fluffy material to something lighter. These tracksuits are excessively thick, making them uncomfortably hot to wear, especially during the summer months. Additionally, drying them during winter is a challenge without a dryer, as they take forever to dry. On rainy days, we have to dry them indoors, which takes two to three days, and they often end up smelling damp. The quality of the tracksuits is poor and does not justify the price. Furthermore, the delivery issues are a whole separate problem. We had to wait for 7 weeks for our last tracksuit, which is completely unacceptable in this day and age. Trapstar needs to make significant improvements if they want to retain their customers.
