Review Time
I ordered 2 t-shirts for my daughters birthday and I was a bit apprehensive after reading the reviews. The delivery stated it would be 3-5 working days. The 5 working days came and I hadn’t received them. I called the phone number on the website and spoke to a man who apologised and told me they would be sent straight away. Within an hour of the phone call I received a dispatch email and the next day they arrived. Although the T-shirts never arrived within the said timeframe communication was good. Thank you.
placed an order on the 27th January, after several emails and phone calls it seems i can only get one automated email response saying sorry for your delay we will ship at the end of next week - which never happens! it is now the 4th April and i haven't received any shipping information. Ive also tried to reach out on social media but comments are deleted and messages are not responded to, all in all i will not be purchasing anything from Trapstar again and would strongly advise other people to do the same
Been trying to email no replies at all. Live chat doesn’t work the odd occasion I have got through on the phone they say it’s in the warehouse and will be here tomorrow sick of it all. They’ve taken my money with an expected despatch date for the 30th of march I am fuming!
Ordered a pre order item on the 11/03/23 I was informed it would be dispatched on the 17/03/23 (3-10 days ) delivery .. it’s now the 03/04/23 I still have not received any emails and I can’t even count how many times I’ve emailed and phoned customer service no one has got back to me …even when I try to track my order it said it’s not able to find it!They should have something in place to get back to their paying customers..this is beyond frustrating especially the amount my order is , I don’t know how many more times I can email and phone call
Order not arrived and terrible customer service. I ordered 2 tshirts in the sale in 10.5.23. 3-5 day dispatch. Still no tshirts. Emailed 7 times and had 1 generic response. Left a message o their phone and no response. I have used them many times but never had a no response. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.
