Customer service is shocking now! If I could have given zero trapstar would be getting this now ! But they’re not bothered about their ratings on here either Never had any issues on previous orders but this one has been shocking, ordered teeshirt 9th feb with 5-7 days delivery They had an issue on delivery said I’d get it beginning March No updates & no replies to 15 emails various phone calls, no answer to online chat, left voicemail no reply Messaged on insta, Finally got a reply Friday to say my order had been cancelled & they’d refund me Money has been refunded Ordered instead from billionaire boys club & essentials, teeshirt in 5 days & much better quality 🙌🏽
If I could give 0 stars believe you and me I would!! I made an expensive order for my sons birthday and paid next day delivery. 10 days later NOTHING. I have had one response asking for my order number. I have used them before and not an issue, this time it’s shocking. I have spent hours and hours chasing this and haven’t so much as got anywhere with it. I will never give Trapstar another penny or recommend to anyone!! I will be taking you to a small claims court if this is not rectified in 36 hours by either refund or delivery of my items.
Would not give this company any stars, should have the option of NO stars in my opinion.Have been trying to get contact with them over a week, left emails, called and also on their contact page, no response, have emailed to speak to a manager, no response, have held on the phone for over half hour no answer, absolutely disgusting service and I am still awaiting my order placed on 20/03/23, with 3-5 working days delivery.Have sent email to cancel my order and have had no confirmation. Will NEVER PURCHASE from this Company again.If and when my order arrives will be sending straight back.
I ordered a coat for my son on the 11th March it arrived by the 14th March i noticed the coat was too small and sent is back via special delivery on 16th March in which the tracking showed it had arrived at the designated postcode for refunds the following day in the afternoon. I have sent half a dozen emails including the tracking number showing that the parcel had arrived and when i would be in receipt of having a coat in the desired size. Its now the 23 March and i have had no response from my emails sent with no resolve and the number to call customer services they say leave your name and number someone will get back to you and no one ever does. As far as I'm concerned this is unacceptable customer service. In fact they are providing no service at all. And have a cheek to send out how did we do emails...You haven't done anything!!! I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me. Its disgusting..
Update!!! ..... still waiting for my refund I've emailed every day for last 12 days and I've even left messages on trapstars Instagram account !! and all I've had back is a reply saying when did we receive your return ... ermm surly you should know this and had nothing since ! ....AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE SCAMMERS YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR REFUND IF NEEDED !!
I’ve never ever had a problem with this website which is why I’m sad to review this as I really like the clothes and the brand but I am fully out of options. I just want my tracksuit and T-shirt tbh but it’s looking like it’s never going to happen and it’s disappeared. I’ve had no updates since I placed the order and have even had parcels arrive from you ordered after this order. £250 is a lot of money to spend to not even receive the goods and I cannot get hold of anyone from trapstar on the phones or the email or web chat. I don’t know what to do now as I am out of pocket and no way of getting it back.
