Hoodie is bad quality and collects dust and hair (really anything it comes 2 feet close to). Customer service is shocking. No updates on the parcel. Took over a month to ship out -asked them repeatedly where the parcel is and why there was not updates, they asked for my information and never replied again.

I wouldn’t order from these people again terrible service they took 3 weeks to deliver a Christmas present I had ordered and it only came today and I I received the wrong hoodie which I have to end up keeping as their useless and may end up losing my money. When I previously tried to contact them by phone every single number I tried was dead so I emailed them and no one ever responded shocking service they shouldn’t be in business it’s only a matter of time before they fold. Stay away from this site.
Sizing is inconsistent as its poor quality then to have to pay £15 for tracked return as the item is expensive. What's disappointing is this is a black owed business with diabolical customer service yet the owners are stunting on us lol please do better!
I placed an order and have not received goods , I spent over £70 on gifts for my son's birthday, I have emailed several times with no response, difficult not order from Trapstar no customer service, im out of pocket and still do not have the items I have ordered or any response from them absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service and no response, basically took my money and no goods, this is fraudulent do not purchase from this company
Ordered multiple items on the 26th of December 2025and still havent received anything, i placed another order few weeks after and that has turned up but still nothing from decemeber, how is that possible?
